Jonathan had no idea what Greyson was talking about. Seeing the stupefied expression on Jonathan's face, Greyson believed Jonathan had lost his senses due to the intensity of the battle. This was Jonathan's first battle after all, he believed Jonathan was chickening out.
He roared at Jonathan.
"Smash the goddamn middle button."
Jonathan hands subconsciously moved to his chest region and he felt the middle button Greyson was talking about. He smashed the button hard and a burst of energy erupted from his uniform. The energy spread across his uniform and he got a strange feeling from it. Like he had a super boost in his strength and his agility.
Jonathan was still thinking about the feeling he was getting when he received a message from the system.
[External Energy has been increased by tenfold]
Jonathan's eyes widened when he saw the system message. He immediately felt a sudden burst of energy again, this time the energy was denser than before and it spread across his body like earlier.
Jonathan felt a huge change in his body. He could easily tell that his strength had improved drastically and so with his agility.
Seeing Jonathan wasn't saying anything, Greyson displayed a half smile.
"Damn, you really wanted to commit suicide today. How the hell have you been fighting without switching on your uniform."
Greyson wanted to continue but the words stopped in his mouth as he remembered what Jonathan had done a while ago.
He couldn't believe Jonathan defeated an F-ranked monster without switching on his uniform.
That is impossible!
It would mean Jonathan used his sheer strength alone to defeat the rat from the beginning.
Greyson was frightened by the conclusion he came into. He was still thinking about it when Jonathan sprinted past him in a blink of an eye. Greyson gazed forward and he saw the rat was coming towards him, however Jonathan was already moving to challenge the rat. Before he could say anything, Jonathan had already engaged the rat.
Bang!

Jonathan demolished the E ranked rat with four massive blows.
The rat collapsed to the ground with all his body filled with holes, with a large hole on his skull as well.
The motion stunned Greyson to the bone. He couldn't help but mutter to himself.
'Who the hell is this guy?'
The summoner expression became ugly. He couldn't believe a low life martial artist like Jonathan, who hadn't even entered the first stage of the martial artist realm was able to defeat his baby.
He wondered how Jonathan even got here, why didn't his men stop him.
'What are those brats doing.'
He gazed in his direction and his heart missed a beat. They were all dead on the floor.
'Impossible!!!!'
The summoner couldn't believe his eyes. How could his men lose to a bunch of losers who haven't made it to the first stage of the martial art realm.
He was still lost in thoughts when he spotted Jonathan heading fast to his direction.
The summoner's forehead folded completely and he screamed out.
"BASTARD!"
He immediately moved his hands to point at the ground he was standing on. A blue energy circle immediately formed around the Summoner and he roared.
"C ranked: Bull Rat!"
'How could a Dreamway soldier be capable of killing a soldier from Alphacrest.'
The Summoner expression darkened more.
He called out the skill and a giant black rat came out from the circle. The rat was bigger than the rat Jonathan just defeated and its eyes were glowing red, indicating the fury inside it.
Jonathan stopped at his tracks seeing the summoner was quick enough to summon another of his babies.
He would have to demolish the rat to get to the summoner.
Jonathan wanted to take a step forward when the rat shot at him like a bull. Before Jonathan could fathom the motion, the rat was already close to him, however, he didn't panic like he did earlier. He simply blasted his fist in the rat's direction.
BANG!
Jonathan fist collided with the rat forehead and nothing happened, instead Jonathan was sent flying away.
He gained his balance in the air and dropped perfectly to the ground close to Greyson, who was already moving to save Jonathan.
Greyson was surprised that Jonathan was able to survive a hit from a C-ranked monster. He had no idea how Jonathan was able to do it, and how he had been fairing all this while, but they had a battle at hand and they must see to it immediately.
"Rally with me!"
Greyson took a step forward and swung his longsword twice before pointing to the Bull Rat.
"You haven't learnt any skill yet so your attacks will not work on this monster."
Jonathan's eyebrows moved a little. He wondered if he should use his new skill, but it might cause some questioning from Greyson. He still had no idea how the world works. He just went through an awakening so he definitely shouldn't have skill.
Jonathan's expression darkened. He doesn't like to hold himself back. He always wants to give anything he does one hundred percent of his capabilities.
Greyson continued
"Since you don't have any skill. I want you to try to hold the monster down while I perform a skill that would be able to cleave it into pieces?"
Greyson glanced at Jonathan and raised his voice.
"Can you do that, soldier!"
What he was asking for was impossible, given Jonathan wasn't powerful enough to hold his own against a C ranked monster, but Jonathan had been pulling off outstanding feats, so he believed Jonathan would be able to do it.
Greyson raised his voice to give Jonathan more willpower and it worked.
"Yes Sir!!"
Jonathan roared. Just then the bull rat dashed to them.
Greyson voiced out as he took his stance.
"I will slow it down so you could find a way to pin it down for my attack, I suggest you hold it on its tail."
Jonathan's eyes moved to the rat tail and responded quickly.
"Alright!"
Greyson took his stance completely and fired like a bullet to the rat's direction. Immediately he covered the distance, he moved his longsword to the legs of the rats.
"E Ranked: Longsword Slash"
"Maximum Level: level 10"
Greyson powerful attack brought the rat to the ground. The rat wanted to stand up to its feet when Jonathan appeared behind the rat and gripped his long tail.
"Now! Commander Greyson!"
Greyson immediately took another stance on his spot. His entire body started glowing at that moment, indicating he was storing his energy.
The rat sensed it and became more violent. It wanted to launch forward to Greyson but Jonathan gallantly placed his foot on the ground to hold it down.
The rat started moving zigzag to shake Jonathan off, but Jonathan remained firm on his spot.
No matter what, he wasn't going to let the rat go!
The Summoner was flabbergasted by this, but his expression quickly darkened.
His eyebrows pushed to his eyes. He could attack Jonathan from behind, but he chose not to do that. He moved his hand to point at his summon.
"Level: 2"
Immediately he said the word. The rat glowed at once and it instantly pulled with force. The motion caused Jonathan to lose his footing. Immediately he lost his footing, the rat used his tail to slap Jonathan.
"Commander Greyson!!!!"
Jonathan roared as the force sent him flying to a building.
The rat instantly charged forward to devour Greyson.
