Aurelia's eyes fluttered as she groaned, despite her feeling the phantom strain of using [Divine Storm] no injuries were visible, and she felt no fatigue.
It was the act of Cedric once again.
She felt refreshed as if she had the best sleep of her life, refreshed and weaker as Cedric's [Grand Blessing] finally expired.
'I'm sure me being this refreshed is Cedric's doing...' She couldn't help it, her mind just wandered to the man by itself.
With a yawn she took a look around, she was in a plain inn room.
Her loyal guardians watched over her ever so diligently.
She really appreciated it. The guardians that Cedric had assigned to her were ideal soldiers. They were emotionless and perhaps boring, but they made her feel safe, almost as if Cedric were protecting her himself.
She still wore the ragged clothes from the battles before, it shamed her that Cedric saw her in that state but Aurelia certainly didn't mind him seeing her.
'Using [Divine Storm] is taxing huh... How does Cedric do it so effortlessly?' Aurelia questioned herself, she knew her [Divine Storm] was nowhere near the level of Cedric's own but it still packed a lot of power.
Not only was it weaker, it left her with no energy, immediately after using it she fainted and afterward she couldn't remember anything, but her being alive and safe meant that it was enough to end the threat.
No, it was likely that Cedric was the one that ended the threat or even Archangels.
She knew she wouldn't stand a chance against that kind of monster even with Cedric's gift. She reminisced about how Archangels easily dispatched parts of the Elemental, cutting it down to size where it wasn't as fearsome.
"Welcome back, Honorable VIP. [Creator] had instructed us to notify him once you are awake." The original Archangel spoke, with Lucious and Rayn standing still as they were before.
Archangel spoke robotically as ever, how she wished he would at least speak with some emotion, but she couldn't complain, he was assigned to her by her beloved hero.
"Go ahead, please let Cedric know I am awake." Cedric must have been worried about her, why else would he instruct Archangels to notify them?
She had decided against ripping more of her clothes in an attempt to seduce the hero as he made it clear he was not interested.
'Like I am gonna accept that. I just need to keep proving myself!' He seemed to be warming up to her, but he still lacked interest.
As much as she wished for him to tear off the remaining clothes she had and do whatever he wished with her when he got back, alas she had to show patience, Aurelia was making progress, and she was not in a hurry, after all, Cedric didn't seem like a man who would go chasing women.
She slumped below the covers once again as she tried to suppress her lustful mind, after all, she couldn't resist it.
With a sigh she shot up, her eyes staring at the trio of Archangels, her mind coming to a realization.
"I just realized! I've been calling you sir Archangel this whole time!" She pointed at the original Archangel, his form still as ever.
While Rayn and Lucious had names, she never deigned to ask one member who was by her side this entire time even while the former attempted to murder her.
It was incredibly rude to only refer to the race of a being that dutifully watched over her.
"What is your name, sir Archangel?" Auralia finally asked.
"[Creator] had not given this entity a name, honorable VIP," Archangel stated bluntly.
Two other Archangels looked at the Archangel in confusion, after all, they were not Angels created by Cedric, and in their knowledge, the Archangel was the same as them, a former Harpy purified and rewritten to become an Angel.
'He... doesn't have a name?' Aurelia felt bad for the archangel for a moment, despite it being a summon it was as much of a person as anyone.
"Would you like me to name you?" Aurelia asked sheepishly, she should ask permission from Cedric but she was sure he wouldn't mind.
Archangel was after all assigned to her, it was only natural that she should be the one to give him a name.
Archangel stood still, its body a doll. It was a moment before the Archangel finally spoke.
"[Creator] has allowed you to give this entity a name," Archangel spoke plainly.
"Yay! Give me a moment to think!" Aurelia beamed up, happiness clearly visible on her face.
How else was she supposed to feel, Cedric gave her permission to name one of his summons.
She couldn't disappoint him now, her mind darted through the list of possible names.
'I need to think of something fitting for a great guardian like him...' She scratched her chin as she thought about possible names.
While she wasn't the most creative person, Aurelia needed to think of something. She was sure that Cedric would be here any moment now, and she needed to think of a name before he arrived.
She jumped off the bed, landed on her feet she grabbed the archangel's shoulders, the height difference making her dangle off the Angel.
"What do you think of.... Ladios?" She looked at the Archangel with sheepish eyes as she named the Angel, Aurelia really hoped her guardian would like his new name, and she had faint hope he would react with more than affirmative.
She let go and gently landed on the ground, she slumped back on the bed as she watched the Archangel enveloped in a faint light, nearly visible to the eye.
"Understood, this entity shall henceforth be called Ladios, I am at your service Honorable VIP... Aurelia." Archangel spoke, his voice less robotic than usual.
Aurelia wanted to scream out of joy, she squirmed and trashed like a little girl, all it took was giving the guardian a name and it would respond with more emotion, alas roboticism was still there as she couldn't get rid of that fully.
'This is incredible!' She looked over the Archangel, it seemed that he was on the same emotional level as the other two Archangels now.
Aurelia proudly nodded as she heard the door opening behind her.
