Kaelron invited Lynaria to a secluded spot to ask about her feelings. However, Lynaria politely responded by holding back her true emotions, stating that it was not her place to feel such things for the king.
Kaelron, curious, wanted Lynaria to admit her true feelings. He ordered his guards to summon Azura. As soon as Azura arrived, Kaelron swiftly pulled her into his lap and playfully flirted with her. Azura happily returned his advances, while Lynaria could only lower her head, feeling uncomfortable watching their intimacy.
After some time, Lynaria decided to request permission to leave and train the troops, but Kaelron refused, insisting that she stay. Reluctantly, Lynaria remained in place, watching them exchange affection without shame. When Azura finally became impatient and suggested going to the room with Kaelron, he agreed, and they left together, leaving Lynaria standing there, unmoving.
Later, when Kaelron returned, he was furious to find Lynaria still standing in the same spot without moving an inch. He angrily reprimanded her for being too obedient, asking why she had no will or thoughts of her own. Lynaria explained that her duty was to protect and follow his orders, even if those orders were dangerous.
Kaelron, growing more frustrated, ordered Lynaria to leave and not to appear before him unless summoned. Lynaria quietly left, and Azura returned to Kaelron, sitting on his lap and seductively flirting with him. Kaelron, however, was not in the mood and pushed her away, telling her to leave.
Azura, upset, walked away, and when Ares saw what had happened, he tried to stifle a laugh. Azura shot him a glare, but Ares pretended not to notice. Once Azura was gone, he burst into laughter. Kaelron, hearing this, angrily asked Ares what he was laughing at, but Ares immediately stopped and became serious.
Ares reported to Kaelron that he had seen Lynaria meet a man on her way back, though he didn't know who he was. Kaelron, anxious, immediately went in search of Lynaria to verify the truth of Ares's report. After searching for a while, Kaelron finally found Lynaria sitting alone by the artificial lake.
Kaelron asked what she was doing there, and Lynaria quickly stood and saluted him. Kaelron, displeased with her formal demeanor, told her to sit back down. Lynaria, however, refused, feeling it was inappropriate to sit next to her lord. She explained that her duty was to protect Kaelron and ensure his safety, not to act casually.
Kaelron, trying to be more relaxed, asked if there was anything she had not reported after finishing her task the previous day. Lynaria assured him that everything had been reported, but when Kaelron questioned her about the man she met on her way back, she explained that it was just the border guard and the palace gatekeeper, not another man.
Kaelron, still not fully believing her, continued to press her until he was completely satisfied with her answer. Lynaria remained firm, stating that the only people she had encountered were merchants heading to the market and farmers heading to their fields. Kaelron, growing suspicious, began to think that Ares might be playing a trick on him. He decided to confront Ares about it.
Ares, who had already hidden, was soon found by Kaelron, who was furious. Kaelron accused Ares of manipulating him by giving misleading reports about Lynaria. Ares, laughing while also feeling pain from Kaelron's treatment, replied that Kaelron should be grateful because, thanks to the information, Kaelron was able to speak with Lynaria, making their relationship less awkward.
Kaelron, even more enraged, threatened to make Ares bald for spreading false rumors. Ares, unfazed, teased that Kaelron had seemed particularly worried when hearing about Lynaria being approached by someone, and Kaelron's face turned red with anger. Kaelron tightened his grip, causing Ares to struggle to break free.
Meanwhile, Lynaria was sitting alone when a man approached her. She recognized him as Prince Sun, who confidently moved closer and asked why she wasn't surprised to see him. He revealed that he knew Lynaria had disrupted his plans by entering the dragon kingdom, and he questioned whether she intended to declare war on them.
Lynaria, sensing danger, prepared to face Prince Sun with caution and determination.
