Asmodeos did not find anything new in the thrift store. But there were old fabrics, most of the drapes or tablecloths. He did not want to do this, but he did not have money.
The only food the gnomes and goblins had left them with was the soup. Granted, if they did not eat it by the end of the day, it was going to spoil.
But still, this was a powerful herbal medicine! If they needed to eat it, then they needed to get in trouble first.
They were in a town, the watchtower of the guards looming over them.
Asmodeos knew only one way to get money. A bordering illegal one.

"I don't like this," Peter said, as he looked around. Hamsters, apparently, were no cheap commodity. Ginger hamsters would surely get the attention of the audience, but they were locked in tight.
