Lisa sat in the living room, sipping her tea, when the doorbell rang.
She already knew who it was—her friends.

They had been planning this visit for weeks.
Lisa smiled as she opened the door. "You guys are finally here!"
The girls entered, laughing and chatting.
But as soon as they walked in, Joseph froze.
His eyes landed on Pharita.
And for the first time in his life, his heart skipped a beat.
Pharita, as usual, was calm and observant.
But something felt… strange.
She felt a pair of eyes on her.
Watching.
Staring.
But when she looked around, no one seemed to be looking at her.

Joseph quickly turned away, pretending to focus on his phone.
But inside, he was panicking.

Lisa noticed Joseph's strange behavior but decided not to say anything—yet.

Rani smirked. "Felix."
Lisa nearly choked on her tea.

Lisa sighed. "There's nothing going on."
Ratna smirked. "Yet."
Lisa rolled her eyes.
Across the room, Joseph was still stealing glances at Pharita.
And she still felt it.
She just didn't know who was staring.
Yet.
As the evening went on, Lisa kept noticing the way Joseph would shift uncomfortably.
The way he refused to look in Pharita's direction.
The way Pharita seemed uneasy, as if she could sense something but didn't know what.
Lisa smirked.
She had a feeling she knew what was going on.
But she wasn't going to say anything.
Not yet.
Because some things were better left to unfold on their own.
And this was definitely one of them.
