Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: The Beginning of Destruction

As Andreas and Kai stood on the brink of the greatest battle in cosmology's history, the air grew heavy with tension. They knew that every step they took would not only affect the world they knew, but every universe ever created by the Supreme Author.

Andreas looked at Kai, and Kai could see the determination in his eyes. "This begins now," Andreas said with a voice deep and full of resolve.

With the powers they had absorbed, Andreas and Kai now had the ability to travel between worlds. They could jump from one fiction to another, moving from one chapter to the next with incredible speed. Time and space no longer constrained them. They could walk into any layer of a story, any fiction ever created, and destroy it with the strength that had been granted to them by Tsukumojuku.

The Destruction Begins

"Imagine, Kai," Andreas said as he focused his attention on the world before them. "Every fiction created is a cosmological structure beyond count. Every chapter, every story, even every part of this world has its own Eternal Nexus. If we destroy one, we destroy countless possibilities within it."

Without speaking, Kai understood and followed Andreas' lead. Together, they combined their powers, and in an instant, they found themselves in the first world that needed to be obliterated. This world seemed simple—a tale of a peaceful land governed by laws of nature that appeared almost identical to their own world. But they knew that behind every surface was an Eternal Nexus that needed to be destroyed.

Andreas raised his hand, and a wave of energy that shattered reality blasted through the world. The cosmos of that world began to tremble. Time seemed to slow as cracks appeared in the sky and the earth, as if the universe itself was fracturing and vanishing into emptiness. "This is the first crack," Andreas whispered. "Each crack is a path toward a greater destruction."

Inside those cracks, the world began to tear apart. Pure energy, born from absolute annihilation, flowed through every layer of existence, destroying concepts that could not even be comprehended. In a matter of seconds, the first world disappeared like a dream waking up, leaving only a void.

"There's no time to waste," Andreas said. "Now we move on to the next world."

They continued their journey. World after world they passed through, each chapter, each fiction, moving faster than light. Every time they destroyed one world, it felt like they were facing a force greater than themselves. But they never faltered. With every leap from one story to the next, they could feel the weight growing heavier. But they kept moving forward because they knew that only by destroying every creation of the Supreme Author could they end it all.

The second world they faced was a tale of an undefeatable hero, a knight born to save the world. Andreas and Kai stood in the middle of a vast battlefield, armies clashing against each other. "This is a world built on false hope," Andreas said, watching the mighty hero in action. "Hope created by the Supreme Author, only to be destroyed."

Without another word, they unleashed their power once more. A wave of energy struck the battlefield, obliterating everything in its path. The world shattered in an instant, and the once-unstoppable hero collapsed, just as the entire world did. Everything was erased into the void.

"Two worlds down," Kai said, his voice rough. "But what happens after this? How many more do we need to destroy?"

"Every world we destroy brings us closer to our goal," Andreas replied. "But we're still far from the end. Every fiction created has its own immense power. When we destroy one world, we tear apart their Eternal Nexus. But every new world is a greater challenge."

They continued their journey, destroying one world after another, tearing apart every Eternal Nexus they encountered. They watched as these worlds plunged into colossal destruction. However, as much as they succeeded in obliterating fictions, they realized something even clearer now: destruction didn't just obliterate worlds; it also forged new realities. Each world they destroyed gave birth to something larger, something unfathomable.

The Aftermath of Destruction

After what felt like days but was likely centuries, Andreas and Kai finally stopped for a moment. Before them lay an immense emptiness. The worlds they had destroyed were gone, but something strange remained. From the void, something new began to form. A world far larger, more complex, and more difficult to destroy.

"Kai," Andreas said, his voice full of caution. "Every world we destroy creates something bigger. Like a current that keeps flowing, every destruction creates something greater. If we continue down this path, we will encounter something even more magnificent—and terrifying."

Kai stared into the void, reflecting on everything they had just experienced. Each fiction they had destroyed had left behind a more complex and larger force. The worlds they had erased were more than mere stories. They were astonishing cosmological structures that no mathematical or logical form could have ever predicted.

"Does this mean we'll keep destroying worlds endlessly?" Kai asked, his voice exhausted.

Andreas nodded, though doubt flickered in his eyes. "Maybe we need to be more careful. This destruction has triggered something larger than we imagined. We may have just opened the door to a reality more vast than we can comprehend... something more difficult to destroy."

But one thing was clear: they couldn't stop. This destruction they had started was the first step toward ending everything the Supreme Author had created. They would keep fighting until no world remained.
