Chapter 34 - Chapter 33: Unveiling Abilities

In the vast expanse of the first dimension, where the serene silence merged with the reflection of the dark void on the pure white water, Rosemar decided to break the tension enveloping the group.

"If we're going to survive this together, we should share our abilities," she said calmly, glancing at Morpheus and Isaac. "It'll increase our chances of staying alive."

Isaac nodded in agreement, while Morpheus remained silent, waiting for her to start.

---

The Eternal Vine Blossom

"My class is called The Eternal Vine Blossom," Rosemar began confidently. "I have complete control over vines, using them for both offense and defense. I can summon vines that grow at an incredible speed to form shields or unleash devastating strikes."

She paused briefly before continuing, her tone steady yet firm:

"The vines I summon are adorned with flowers that release poisonous gases, effectively weakening enemies. Additionally, I can use the energy of the vines for healing—whether for myself or others."

Isaac and Morpheus stared at her, clearly impressed. Isaac quipped with a faint smile:

"Your abilities are terrifyingly versatile—attack, defense, and healing? You're practically a one-person team."

Rosemar gave a mysterious smile. "These abilities don't come without a price. There's always a cost."

---

The Eternal Phoenix Flame

All eyes turned to Isaac, who spoke with a deep, confident voice:

"My class is called The Eternal Phoenix Flame. I control the flames of a phoenix—fire that doesn't extinguish easily."

He paused briefly, then added:

"I can create fiery cyclones that consume everything in their path, as well as summon fiery creatures to attack my enemies. These creatures aren't mere flames; they carry a fragment of the phoenix's spirit, making them incredibly powerful and difficult to quell."

A confident smile spread across his face as he continued:

"And most importantly, the phoenix's fire is tied to immortality. The more I burn, the stronger I become."

Morpheus regarded him with interest and commented with a hint of sarcasm:

"Looks like we'll need to tread carefully when you're angry."

---

The Ethereal Shadow

Finally, it was Morpheus's turn. He lifted his gaze to the others and spoke with quiet confidence:

"My class is called The Ethereal Shadow. I have the ability to control shadows. I can move freely between them, making me difficult to track or catch."

He spoke with more assurance as he added:

"I can also form shadow bombs that explode with destructive energy. Shadows aren't just a hiding place for me—they're a weapon I can wield however I wish."

His face remained calm, but his eyes reflected a determined spirit.

Rosemar smiled slightly.

"Shadow manipulation? Sounds like you have a unique fighting style."

Isaac nodded thoughtfully.

"Three people, three completely different abilities. If we decide to cooperate, we make a strong team."

Morpheus, true to his cautious nature, responded with a cryptic tone:

"If we decide to cooperate."

The tension between the three remained, but they all understood that their abilities might be the key to survival in this mysterious dimension.

---

As they strategized, the mysterious voice returned:

"You have revealed your abilities. Now, let's see if they are enough to overcome the challenges ahead."

The ground beneath them began to tremble, signaling the start of the first trial.

Looking at the still-hovering screens, they noticed a small, glowing icon at the bottom—a strange symbol illuminated in a purple hue.

The ominous voice spoke again, deep and commanding:

"If you are ready to face the challenges, press the icon to enter. But remember... only the strongest survive here."

The three exchanged silent glances, their expressions a mix of tension and anticipation.

Rosemar broke the silence with a calm but firm voice:

"Whatever awaits us, we must stay vigilant."

Isaac smirked confidently.

"If strength is all we need, then don't worry. I'll make sure we get through this."

Morpheus simply stared at the icon before saying in his cold tone:

"Talking won't help us. Let's get this over with."

In perfect unison, they raised their hands and pressed the glowing icons on their screens.

---

A New World

The moment their fingers touched the screens, the space around them exploded with a blinding white light, as if the entire dimension had turned inside out.

A powerful force pulled them once more, as though they were being dragged through an endless vortex. The sound of rushing wind and a deep, distant roar filled the air, while the icons on their screens seemed to melt into the void.

Then, suddenly, the light disappeared, and they found themselves standing in a completely different world.

The ground beneath them was covered in golden sand, stretching endlessly in every direction. Massive, twisted trees with glowing leaves dotted the horizon, and the sky above them shimmered with hues of red and gold.

The mysterious voice was gone, replaced by another sound—distant yet clear:

"Welcome to the first trial... The Oasis of Souls."

The three of them looked at each other, realizing that the game had truly begun.

---

The Endless Desert

The golden sand sparkled under the glowing sky, a surreal combination of beauty and dread. Scattered across the desert were enormous skeletal remains, eerily resembling those of humans, as though this place had witnessed countless ancient battles.

For a moment, the three stood in stunned silence, trying to comprehend their surroundings.

Isaac was the first to break the silence, his tone laced with frustration:

"Damn it! If my family hadn't forced me to come here, I'd be out hunting beasts right now, absorbing their cores to grow stronger. I don't care how long it would've taken me—this is a waste of time!"

Morpheus gave him a knowing look but remained silent, his expression indicating that he shared Isaac's frustration to some extent.

Rosemar, who had been carefully scanning the environment, interrupted their thoughts with a calm but firm tone:

"I understand the desire for power, but this dimension isn't just an opportunity for growth. It's a chance to refine your abilities in ways you never imagined... and to find treasures of the highest grade. Things beyond value."

Her words carried a confidence and maturity that made both Isaac and Morpheus pause. They realized she was right—this wasn't just a test but a rare chance that might never come again.

"That doesn't mean it's going to be easy..." Morpheus muttered as he glanced at the scattered skeletons.

They all knew that the breathtaking yet eerie landscape concealed dangers far greater than they could imagine, and the first trial had already begun—even if they didn't realize it yet.
