As Amahle walked to the bus stop, she couldn't shake off the feeling that Lungelo's eyes had bored into her soul. She felt like she was being watched, even though she knew she was alone on the street.
When she got to school, Amahle tried to focus on her classes, but her mind kept wandering back to the strange encounter with Lungelo. She couldn't understand why he had whispered her name like that, or why he had been acting so strangely.
At lunchtime, Amahle sat with her friends in the cafeteria, trying to join in their conversation. But she couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had settled over her.
Just as she was starting to relax, Amahle's phone buzzed with a text message. She hesitated for a moment before looking at the screen, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw Xolani's name staring back at her...
