Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: The Black Hole's Wrath

Kai stood tall amidst the battlefield, his body radiating a cosmic energy that seemed boundless. His gaze locked onto Draxor, the commander of the Kronax Star Pirates, who now appeared far less confident than before.

Without a word, Kai raised his hand toward the void. Instantly, the space around him began to distort, gravity itself bending under his will. Two colossal supermassive black holes materialized on either side of Draxor, their gravitational pull threatening to tear apart the very fabric of the multiverse.

Draxor stumbled, struggling to resist the immense force of the black holes. "Impossible!" he roared, his voice trembling with disbelief. "No one should wield such power!"

Kai's eyes gleamed with cold determination as he clenched his fist. The two black holes began to shift, spiraling toward each other with unimaginable speed. Their gravitational forces collided, creating a violent fusion. The collision unleashed a cataclysmic shockwave that reverberated across the planet and beyond, causing nearby Kronax ships to implode under the sheer pressure.

The resulting entity was unlike anything ever seen—a singularity of infinite energy and destruction, its power surpassing anything even Andreas could have imagined before ascending. Kai floated toward the singularity, his control over it absolute. He manipulated its energy, shaping it into a massive vortex of destructive force.

With a flick of his wrist, the vortex expanded outward, its tendrils of cosmic energy wrapping around Draxor's fleet. The ships were torn apart one by one, their remains swallowed by the singularity.

Draxor, desperate to fight back, charged toward Kai, his weapon glowing with the energy of stolen stars. "You think you can destroy me so easily? I've conquered galaxies!" he bellowed.

Kai remained unfazed. With his newfound abilities, he reached out and stopped Draxor in his tracks—not physically, but mentally. A wave of psychic energy surged from Kai, infiltrating Draxor's mind. The commander froze, his thoughts consumed by the overwhelming presence of Kai's power.

"You've caused enough destruction," Kai said, his voice calm but firm. "It's time for this to end."

With a single thought, Kai collapsed the singularity into a concentrated point of energy and directed it straight at Draxor. The explosion was blinding, a surge of light and heat that consumed everything in its path.

When the light faded, Kai stood alone on the battlefield, his aura still glowing with cosmic energy. The remnants of the Kronax fleet drifted lifelessly in the void, and Draxor was nowhere to be seen.

Kai turned toward Lyra, who watched in awe from a distance. "Is it over?" she asked, her voice trembling.

Kai nodded, though his expression was far from victorious. "For now," he said, glancing at the relic embedded in his chest. Its energy pulsated softly, a reminder of the immense responsibility it carried.

In the distance, the planet began to stabilize, its skies clearing for the first time since the battle began. But Kai knew this was only the beginning. The relic's power was vast, and the journey ahead would be even more perilous.

With Lyra by his side, Kai took a deep breath and prepared for what was to come.
