Chapter 48 - Chapter 48: The Last Bell

Joe was about to enter the biggest fight of his life. Now, not only the championship in the ring, but also all his past, pains and victories were coming before him one by one. And the opponent in front of him was Mike "Iron Fist" Tyson, one of the legends of boxing history. Tyson was one of the most experienced and destructive fighters in the ring. He was a name that always fought with anger, rage and revenge.

Joe knew the importance of this big fight. How much Joe could resist against Tyson's power, the threat and brutality that came from his speed was a question mark.

"It's either all here or nothing," Joe thought as he entered the ring.

Jackson, as always, stood next to Joe and encouraged him. "This isn't just a match, Joe. It's life itself."

The first round began. Tyson began to test Joe's guard by attacking rapidly. Every blow he made was as if it were powerful enough to knock Joe down. It was not easy to keep up with Tyson's speed and to be able to defeat him at any moment. But Joe was patient. He was slowly defending himself, observing Tyson's vulnerabilities.

At first, Tyson's attacks were difficult for Joe. Each blow seemed to take a piece of him away. Tyson quickly targeted Joe's left side with right hooks and left crosses. Joe slowly retreated, but Tyson immediately jumped on him and managed to hit him with a corner blow.

"Come on, Joe! Get out of there!" Jackson was shouting. "There are only a few seconds left, you have to defeat Tyson!"

Joe quickly gathered his defense. He threw Tyson with a few quick moves, but Tyson's anger and power continued. At the end of the first round, amidst voices heard from every corner of the ring, Joe returned to his corner, clutching his boxing gloves tightly.

"Only one round is over, Joe. You have to win the others," Jackson said, encouragingly. "It's not over. "Put your arms a little harder, don't let him push you."

---

The second round began. This time, Joe decided to fight more strategically. While Tyson continued to attack him rapidly, Joe quickly recovered and made several quick counterattacks against his opponent. A right cross followed by a left uppercut began to shake Tyson. Tyson took a slight step back but quickly recovered. He quickly tried to corner Joe.

The deadly anger in Tyson's eyes echoed in Joe's mind. Every move, every blow of Tyson's seemed to make Joe even more difficult. Tyson aimed his left hook at Joe's head, and Joe seemed to be disconnected from the world for a moment and crashed into the corner of the ring.

The audience watched the fight with bated breath. Joe slowly tried to stand up with this blow, but Tyson continued to press him rapidly.

"Come on, Joe!" Jackson shouted, his voice tense as he shouted. "Get a grip, you still have a chance!"

Tyson continued to hit Joe hard, forcing his defenses. Joe was crushed under each blow, but he wasn't going to give up. The will and determination inside him kept him on his feet.

And at that very moment, Tyson hit Joe squarely in the jaw with a right hook. Joe was momentarily stunned by the impact of this blow and began to fall in the middle of the ring.

The audience screamed in fear as the referee began to count.

"One… two… three…"

Joe quickly tried to pull himself together, but his body wouldn't listen to him. Tyson's blows were so hard that it seemed like Joe's body couldn't take it anymore. Although he was still thinking in his mind, "I have to win this fight!", his body couldn't respond.

Joe stood up with one last bit of strength, but this time he took a deep breath and began to fall. Tyson immediately cornered him even more and landed his blows one by one. With the final blow, Joe fell to the ground in one last struggle.

The referee continued counting.

"One… two… three…"

And Joe collapsed completely.

---

The audience fell silent as they watched the final moments in the ring. Joe tried to open his eyes once more, trying to stay alive, but he was so tired that his body had abandoned him. Tyson declared victory in the ring, but there was no expression of joy. It was hard for him to see Joe in so much pain.

"I lost the fight of my life," Tyson thought as he sat in the ring. The audience realized with tears that Joe had lost his life. Not just a boxer, but a legend had died.

The entire arena was silent for a minute after Joe's death. Joe's nickname, "Tomorrow's Hope," no longer had any meaning. Joe had dedicated his life to fighting, but his last fight was the end of his life.

---

And that was where Joe's story ended. He was a warrior not only in the ring but also in life. He was a legend who left his mark on the boxing world with his championships, victories and losses. What he left behind resonated around the world, not just with his fights but also with his spirit.

Joe's death was a reminder to everyone: Some battles can be as tough as life.

End.
