The last day of school for this session. I said to myself as I was getting dressed for school. I wore my white long sleeve shirt and put on a blue sleeveless jacket and my white gets stripped blue which was very short, with my long white socks reaching my knee and my beautiful black flat shoes. I went to the mirror.
What a beautiful damsel.
I said to myself.
I styled my hair beautifully and pinned a beautiful medium size Blue bow at the right side of my hair.
Hey! Vain girl, aren't you done yet?
Angel said as she came into my room.
She had to stay in my house because she lives far away from school while I live near to school.
Hmmmm....
I sighed.
I picked up my school bag and rushed downstairs, had some tea and sandwiches. I pecked my mom goodbye and we both went into the car and dad drove us to school.
The last day of school for the session, we didn't really have much to do. I was in the library writing about you know, this guy, Justin, if he'd ever noticed me. Angel was with her boyfriend, Adam, a handsome guy too but not just my type. I closed my book and decided to take a long work outside school because sometimes I get claustrophobic.
Hey..... I'll be back soon.
I said as I spotted Angel.

She said.
I left the school gate with Justin on my mind, there's no way he could ever notice me, even if he did notice me, he can't love me. I'm sure he's done with college and I... about to enter my final year....oh Ellie stop dreaming.
As I was just blabbing to myself I saw him, Justin, my dream guy. The kind of guy any girl would die for, fair, tall with curly brown hair, his smile...huh..... I could faint a thousand times just by watching him smile. I entered a restaurant and took the window seat where I could observe him better. Yeah! There who was buying ticket or something.
What would you like on the menu?
A waiter asked diverting my attention from my prey ( Justin )
Uh? Um ice cream, strawberry flavored.
I said and he left.
Immediately I went back to my gaze.
Oh...no...I lost him.
I said as I could not see him again, then I heard the door bell ring as the door opened.
Oh my God....oh my gosh... JUSTIN!
I said as I spotted him coming in through the door.
Oh not now, he can't see me now wearing this.
I thought.
He took the table next to mine which I thought was a perfect opportunity then a girl walked into the restaurant and sat with him at the table.
The way they laughed and smiled at each other sent a sharp object piercing through my heart.
Well what was I thinking, to believe a guy as handsome as he is to be single.....Oh Ellie you're such a fool.
I said to myself about leaving the restaurant back to school, then my skirt got stuck to the table, as I pulled it out, I bumped into Justin, knowing myself very well, I could have screamed or fainted, cos I know how long I've been waiting for his touch but today I didn't have that thought, I was just so angry and sad.
I'm so sorry....so sorry.
I said to him with my voice breaking, trying to force my tears back in and ran out of the restaurant.
Madam your order.
The waiter called out to me as I ran passed the door.
I ran back to school crying as loud as I could, crying my eyes out. I got to school and packed my things, hung my bag and was ready to go home.
Going home already?...so early..
Angel asked me.
Yeah....I'm tired.
I said trying not to start crying again but what was I thinking, hiding my feelings from my bestie.
What happened???
She asked after seeing I was in pain.
Nothing...you can stay if you want to .....I don't want to ruin your day.
I said looking at Adam and winked at Angel and started heading home. Since it wasn't the time school closes, the car wasn't here so I had to walk home.
Finally home, I took off my clothes and put on a yellow plain gown and threw myself on the bed and slept off.
FEW HOURS LATER....
Hey! Someone said and I opened my eyes.

I replied after recognizing the voice as Angel's.
What happened???
Shae asked and I told her the whole story.
Oh Ellie! What am I to do with you???
She said laughing.
What do you mean???
I asked.
Just because he was talking and laughing with some girl at a restaurant doesn't mean she's his girlfriend, girlfriend. What if she's his sister or just a friend.
She said.
Yeah she really had a point there.
I thought.
Oh my....there I was thinking something terrible happened.... you're such a fool.
She said pushing my forehead and left the room.
Yeah! That's it! I have to learn how to keep a positive mind.
I said to myself then an image of a woman flashed in my head, just as it always does. I've been seeing that image in my head since I was nine years old, now I'm eighteen it wouldn't just let go.....I need to get some rest after what happened today....
