The air was electric with tension as the forces faced off against each other. Malachi and Vivian stood tall, their eyes fixed on the werewolves as they prepared for battle.
The werewolves, led by Alpha Marcus, a towering figure with radiant red eyes, let out a chorus of snarls and growls. They began to circle around the vampires, their movements fluid and menacing.
Malachi and Vivian stood firm, their fangs bared as they prepared to defend themselves. The twenty vampires behind them formed a tight circle, their eyes fixed on the werewolves as they waited for the attack.
Marcus, sensing the vampires' unease, let out a loud roar and charged forward. Malachi and Vivian met him head on, their fangs clashing with the werewolf's snapping jaws.
The battle erupted into chaos as the two forces clashed. Vampires and werewolves alike were sent flying through the air, their bodies crashing into buildings and pavements. Hearts were ripped open, heads were decapitated.
Vivian found herself facing off against a pair of snarling werewolves. She dodged their snapping jaws with ease, no vampire wanted to suffer the bite of a werewolf for it meant death, although not instant death.
With a swift kick, Vivian sent one of the werewolves crashing into a nearby dumpster. The other werewolf lunged at her, her jaws wide open, but Vivian was ready. She plunged her claws into the werewolf's chest, bringing out her heart.
Malachi, meanwhile, was locked in combat with the Alpha werewolf. The two of them clashed in a flurry of fangs and claws, their supernatural strength sending them crashing into buildings.
Marcus sent a punch hurtling towards Malachi's jaw but was evaded by his opponent. Instantly, a sharp pain inundated his chest, as Malachi countered. He quickly found an opening, forcefully grabbing Malachi's arm with the intention of sinking his fangs into it, but Malachi yanked his arm away from his grasp.
Marcus leaped into mid-air with his fingers balled into a fist. His target was the black haired vampire who he had been battling since the birth of this precarious situation. Malachi deftly evaded the attack, and in turn, spotting the opening his enemy provided him.
Without hesitating, he clawed Marcus's face as soon as he regained his footing. Marcus yelped in pain as his face was graced with three claw marks. Blood gushed out incessantly, and his anger further intensifying his ferocity. He threw out three punches and two were dodged by his enemy but the last collided with his enemy's nose.
Malachi's nose broke, blood streaming out. He jumped towards the werewolf, his legs skillfully wrapped around his neck. With a slight motion, he twisted his hips and executed a perfectly timed hurricanrana, slamming the werewolf's head into a pavement with a sickening crunch. The werewolf's body went limp, and Malachi quickly scrambled off to his feet, his chest heaving with exertion.
Marcus, dazed and disoriented, struggled to get to his feet, but Malachi was too quick. He pounced on the werewolf, wrapping his arms around his waist and lifting him high into the air.
With a swift motion, Malachi slammed the werewolf to the ground, attempting to execute a devastating German Suplex.
Marcus, with a sudden burst of adrenaline, managed to counter the move. He wrapped his legs around Malachi's waist, using his powerful thighs to lock in a tight Triangle Choke.
Malachi's eyes widened in surprise as he felt the werewolf's legs constricting around his waist. He tried to power out of the move, but Marcus's grip was too strong.
With a fierce growl, Marcus pulled Malachi's head down, tightening the Triangle Choke. Malachi's face began to turn red as he struggled to break free, but Marcus's hold was unyielding.
Malachi, with a sudden surge of strength, managed to counter the Triangle Choke. He reached down and grabbed Marcus's legs, using his supernatural strength to lift the werewolf off the ground. With a swift motion, Malachi executed a perfectly timed Northern Lights Suplex, slamming Marcus to the ground and breaking the Triangle Choke.
Marcus, dazed and tired, struggled to get to his feet. But as he looked up at Malachi, his eyes began to glow with a fierce, red light. His body began to contort and twist, his limbs elongating as he prepared to transform into a full-fledged wolf.
Malachi, anticipating the transformation, knew he had to act fast. With a swift motion, he reached into his pocket, and pulled out a small, silver dagger, a popular weakness of werewolves.
As Marcus's transformation was about to reach its climax, Malachi struck, plunging the dagger deep into the werewolf's heart, his transformation halted mid-way.
Malachi stood over Marcus's lifeless body, the dagger still lodged in his heart. He felt a sense of satisfaction, knowing that he had defeated the werewolf leader. But as he looked around, he saw that the battle was almost over.
Only four vampires remained, including Malachi and Vivian. Fifteen werewolves remained but their morale had clearly been affected, due to the loss of their Alpha. They scrambled away, retreating into the shadows.
Malachi stood tall, his chest heaving with exhaustion as he surveyed the aftermath of the battle. Vivian approached him, her eyes scanning the carnage around them.
"We've lost many good vampires tonight." Vivian said, her voice low and somber.
Malachi nodded, fixed on the lifeless body of Marcus. "We've also won a great victory. The werewolves will think twice before challenging us again.
Vivian nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "You were magnificent tonight, Lord Malachi. Your strength is an inspiration to us all."
Malachi's eyes narrowed, his gaze sweeping over the remaining vampires. "We will rebuild our numbers," He said. "We'll grow stronger, and more powerful. And we will emerge victorious in the end."
As the vampires began to leave the battlefield, Vivian turned to Malachi with a questioning look in her eyes. "What about Sarah?" She asked. "We still don't know where she is."
Malachi's eyes narrowed, his gaze sweeping over the surrounding area. "She must be in one of the four wolf packs. Currently, as known to all, Lydia is clearly the strongest Alpha in New York. Literally, she should be in Hudson Pack, since Lydia's the one making the calls. We could storm her pack right now but the werewolves are twice our numbers. We should rendezvous with other vampire circles and then create a plan."
Vivian nodded, a determined look on her face. "We will not rest until we have found her."
