Masashi didn't find Lei Li at the agreed-upon bar. Just as he was about to call, someone bumped into him. Turning around, he saw a young man, completely drunk.
"I'm so sorry, sir. This man is drunk," a waiter came over to help the young man up.
"Get lost..." The drunk pushed the waiter away and then slumped onto the bar, motionless.
Seeing that he was no longer causing trouble, the waiter didn't dare to wake him up. After nodding to Masashi, he left.
The funny thing was, as soon as the waiter left, the young man woke up. He mumbled for a drink, and the bartender, with no choice, gave him a beer.
The young man drank while sprawled on the counter, his fingers fidgeting constantly, and he would occasionally shout loudly.
Masashi was a little annoyed by the noise and stood up to leave.
"Sir, are you leaving? Your drink is ready," the bartender looked at him a little embarrassed.
"Give it to this guy. Let him drink his fill," Masashi paid the bill casually.
"What a strange guy," the bartender muttered to himself after Masashi left, glancing at the young man who was now completely drunk.
After leaving the bar, Masashi didn't call, but wandered around like he was taking a walk. After walking around for a few circles, Masashi came to a crossroads and then nonchalantly got into a Citroën.
"Mr. Gennai, good to see you," a man's voice suddenly came from the front seat.
"Drive," Masashi said indifferently.
"Yes." The man started the car immediately.
About half an hour later, the car stopped in front of a very ordinary two-story house.
"Mr. Gennai, the boss is inside," the man opened the back door and said to Masashi.
"Thank you. You've been a great help," Masashi only now saw his appearance clearly, a younger man than he had imagined.
The young man bowed to Masashi and then drove away.
Masashi knocked on the door, and after a while, the door creaked open automatically. He walked inside without stopping.
There was only a small energy-saving lamp in the corridor, and in the dim light, the inside seemed very gloomy and terrifying.
This is a good place to shoot a horror movie. Masashi smiled.
In the darkness, a middle-aged man walked over. "Mr. Gennai, the boss is waiting for you in the study, please follow me."
Masashi nodded and followed him.
"Mr. Gennai, the boss is inside, please do as you please. If there's nothing else, I'll take my leave," he said, bowing slightly to him and quietly left.
Masashi knocked on the door, then opened it and walked in.
"Master, you're finally here." Lei Li, wearing casual clothes, greeted Masashi happily.
"You needed to use the Morse code to lure me here, it seems you're not as free as you said on the phone." Masashi sat down in a chair and took a sip of the tea on the table.
Lei Li scratched his head a little embarrassedly.
"Let's talk, what happened?"
Lei Li said solemnly, "Master, we were ambushed."
"Who were the attackers?"
"We don't know."
"What, you don't know?" Masashi looked up at him.
Lei Li smiled bitterly, "We really don't know. Half a month ago, the Black Dragon's strongholds in Manhattan, Texas, Seattle, and several other places were attacked almost simultaneously, with nearly 300 casualties. All we know is that they were a group of masked men in black, well-equipped, and incredibly skilled."
"No matter how good their skills are and how well-equipped they are, with so many people and so many guns, they shouldn't be able to capture even one person."
"That's the most frustrating part. Those people were completely crazy. Each of them had a lot of high-level explosives strapped to their bodies, and as soon as they were surrounded, they would immediately detonate the bombs on their bodies. Many people died from these human bombs. Damn it, I've never seen such perverted killers, they're just like terrorists, and they come in groups. It's really killing me."
"What are the other gangs doing?"
"Those bastards have some signs of wanting to make a move, but so far, they dare not act rashly. After all, this attack didn't hurt the Black Dragon's foundation. I've already sent more people to reinforce the attacked strongholds, and Chang'an has also gone. As long as there are no more incidents like this, there should be no major problems. It's just that as long as those men in black are not eliminated, there will be no peace."
"Doesn't your intelligence team have any investigation results?"
"That's the strangest thing. Logically, people with such good skills should attract some attention. But after searching the entire black and white world, no clues about these people have been found. It's as if they appeared out of thin air, which is really unbelievable."
Masashi lowered his head and thought for a long time, "You continue to investigate this matter, and also bring me the blood samples of those men in black and the videotapes of the attacked bases."
"What blood samples?" Lei Li was a little confused.
"It's the remains of those men in black who were blown up, such as blood, flesh, bones, the more complete the better. But be careful to distinguish and don't mix your own people's things in."
Lei Li nodded, "But Master, what do you want these things for?"
"I have a bad feeling, and I need to do some investigation."
"Then I'll notify Chang'an immediately and ask him to send the things over. The videotapes are no problem, but I hope he hasn't burned those corpses so quickly." Lei Li took out a satellite phone and dialed.

"Kazumi, do you know when Senpai will be back?" Rumi asked while opening her lunchbox.
"Probably in these few days."
"Senpai is really something, he suddenly said he was going to Guam, and then he went for more than a week. He only calls every two or three days, it's really frustrating. Kazumi, do you know why Senpai went there?"
"Didn't he say so? He's going to see a friend to take care of something. Don't worry, he'll be back soon."
Kazumi handed her a cup of tea.
Rumi nodded and slowly ate her lunch.
Did that guy really go to Guam? But she clearly saw him carrying his passport, do you need a passport to go to Guam? Kazumi was a little worried.
"Kazumi, why aren't you eating? Are you feeling unwell?"
"It's nothing." Kazumi smiled and opened her lunchbox.
After lunch, the two were about to go back to their respective classrooms. As they passed the corridor, they saw Nagasaki Meiichi, the transfer student, surrounded by several girls.
"Excuse me," Nagasaki also saw them and smiled as he walked out of the group of girls.
"Kazumi, Rumi, good afternoon. I didn't expect to see you again so soon."
"It's nothing unusual to meet occasionally in such a small place." Kazumi said indifferently.
"Hello, Nagasaki-kun." Compared to Kazumi's coldness, Rumi seemed much more polite.
"Rumi, have you had lunch? Can you accompany me to a restaurant outside for lunch?"
"I'm sorry, Nagasaki-kun, I've already had lunch. Thank you for your kindness."
"Since that's the case, forget it. By the way, I have two tickets for tonight's movie, are you interested in accompanying me to watch it?" Nagasaki's words caused a commotion among the girls. So far, the transfer student hadn't formally invited a girl to dinner or a movie.
Rumi looked at Kazumi for help.
"I'm sorry, Rumi only likes TV series, you should find someone else. Rumi, let's go." Kazumi had a cool expression on her face and walked ahead.
Rumi bowed to Nagasaki and followed Kazumi like a rabbit.
"Interesting." Nagasaki looked at their backs with a faint smile. He casually threw the movie tickets into the trash can.
"Rumi, be careful of Nagasaki. I don't think that guy is a good person." Kazumi said as she walked.
Hearing Kazumi's evaluation, Rumi couldn't help but laugh.
"What are you laughing at, I'm serious. A little fool like you, any man would want to eat you up."
"Kazumi, you're talking more and more like Senpai. You really are siblings." Rumi said with a smile.
Kazumi was speechless.
