Chapter 6 - Reflecting

Clara had spent the last few months reflecting on her life. The decision to separate from her husband was taken carefully, but with a heavy heart. It was not easy to abandon years of history, of shared moments, but the love had dissipated. She felt trapped in a meaningless routine, in a marriage that did not feed her soul. When he finally moved away, Clara found herself alone, but at the same time, with a space to rediscover herself. Lucas, on the other hand, was the personification of youth and beauty. His athletic body and natural charm did not go unnoticed by anyone, but he was also much more than that. Intelligent, dedicated and with an intellectual curiosity that made him stand out among his peers, Lucas had a secret: despite all his apparent confidence, he was a virgin. This detail seemed like a paradox, considering his appearance and the way others saw him, but he had never felt pressured to conform to the standards of his friends. For him, intimacy meant something deeper, something he had yet to find.

Clara's relationship with Lucas had evolved over the months. Private lessons were the point of contact between them, and Clara soon noticed a growing tension. It wasn't just professional admiration that she felt for him; there was something more, a curiosity, an attraction that could not be ignored. She tried to maintain a professional demeanor, but in her most vulnerable moments, she found herself thinking about him in ways she shouldn't.

Lucas, on the other hand, felt something very similar. Although he was more reserved about his feelings, he began to notice the way Clara looked at him, with an intensity that made him question what was happening between them. He deeply respected her, but her presence made him feel more alive, more aware of his own emotions.

One day, after a particularly long class, Clara decided to take a bold step. The class was coming to an end and she realized that, despite their growing closeness, there was still a barrier between them: the school environment. She wanted more privacy, more control over the dynamics that were beginning to emerge.

"Lucas, I have a proposal for you," Clara said hesitantly. "I was thinking that perhaps it would be more productive if our classes were at my house. That way, we could have more peace of mind to study and even address issues in a more personal way. What do you think?"

Lucas was surprised by the invitation, but felt a certain excitement. He had never been to his teacher's house, and the idea of being closer to her in a more intimate setting seemed intriguing.

"I… I think it would be great. If it's more convenient for you, of course."

Clara felt relieved to hear his answer, but a twinge of insecurity also invaded her. She knew she was creating an opportunity for something that could be more than simple classes. But at the same time, she felt a growing curiosity about what was really between them, something that needed to be explored.

When Lucas arrived at her house for the first time, Clara greeted him with a smile, trying to maintain her composure. But she knew things were about to change, one way or another. What she didn't know yet was where this attraction would take them.
