I love this story so far it's like my heart gets lighter each time I write a chapter. Also when are y'all gonna give me comments and power stones it's annoying you're annoying. It was an instant, Zareth jumped in front of the beast and was swallowed whole. The girls were shook since they didn't think he would get himself eaten to kill the beast from the inside and cried out, "Zareth!!!".
The girls attacked the monster more ferociously. Then they heard the monster's roar of pain as it clawed at its stomach in an attempt to stop the pain.
Zareth POV
'Damn this fucker's breath stink to hell and gone, I'm never doing this shit again.'
'Whatever let's do this shit, I'm going to need a bath after this and I'm going to do it Japanese style, with an artificial hot spring, with some booze sounds good. Yeah that sounds great, Oh shit, wait, I need to get back on track, now where was I?'
'Oh right I'm about to nuke this bitch. Let's think what spell should I use, hmmm, how about a good old *Infernal Flare*.'
Suddenly Zareth was surrounded by flames growing hotter and expanding rapidly, reducing the beasts flesh to nothing but ash.
Girls POV
"What the hell?!" Exclaimed the girls.
They didn't expect the monster to burst into flames and for a pillar of fire to rise up to the ceiling of the cave. In place of where the beast was, stood Zareth in all his smelly glory and said,"I need a bath."
The girls didn't care and went to hug him for comfort seeing that he wasn't digested. They all then scolded him together and yelled, "You idiot!!!" and Zareth replied, "I'm your idiot aren't I he said with a grin."
"You're right, you are our idiot." The girls replied. Meanwhile...
Unknown POV
"Interesting, I've watched you for so long and yet I'm surprised that you are capable of killing a chimera of such power, we will meet very soon Zareth your strength seems to be greater than I thought."
"Ohhh, I really need you to claim me, maybe you could become a god and we won't need to hide our love for each other. Just make sure to live until you meet me for you are the only man who impressed me."
"Hahaha, I look forward to meeting you and becoming one with you."
"What are you doing?" Another unknown voice spoke aloud.
"Nothing you need to worry about sister, I just wanted to know what you think of these mortals here and their dragon, Athena." Unknown individual spoke.
"They're impressive, extremely so, intact the one named Sophie has very good qualities to become an Amazon. The sorceress is strong too, Zefiris a dragon of royal decent and finally Zareth he's wise, intelligent, hard working. He has earned his strength and acts in humility. Why do you ask sister?"
The unknown individual stays silent for a bit and says, "They're interesting, besides, I just wanted to know what you thought of them."
"Hmmm, is that so, you're giving me a look that says you're up to something." Athena replied.
"I'm just... too immersed in their lives and journey. Something tells me we will meet them one day and that day will be very interesting.
After a few seconds the unknown individual looks down towards Zareth and his women and looked up since he felt the gaze on him and narrowed his eyes.
