I'm sorry for not updating like I promised something came up and my body was sore all over that I just thought fuck it I'll leave it for next week so here I am. I'll try to keep my updates consistent. Without further ado let's begin the chapter.
Normal POV
After Zareth and the girls are finished dealing with the chimera, they get ready to move out and continue on their way. As they were hiking up the mountain it starts raining they start looking for a cave or rock formation to shield themselves from the rain.
Zareth POV
Okay girls let's look for a cave or something that doesn't smell like chimera shit and guts.
I'm being honest when I say this it smells horrible, I'd rather soak in a rainstorm than that abominable smell.
Also Zefiris I thought chimera are commoly found in Caria so how did one get all the way over here.
Zefiris replied, "You are correct I'm just as confused as I am intrigued about this case."
Another thing I'm not sure what it is but I felt like someone was watching me it... felt familiar, but this time I was able to track down it's whereabouts and it's in the complete opposite direction we're going a mountain range if we could get our hands on a map I could point it out.
Sophie POV
Zareth can you point the direction of the gaze so we atleast know where it came from.
'As Zareth pointed north Zefiris gasped and I looked at her with a inquisitive gaze an expression my mother mirrored.'
Zefiris replied, "There's only one location north from us..."
What is it, where is it? I asked(Sophie).
Zefiris, "Mount Olympus, it is said that the gods call that mountain home. What I want to know is, why would they be interested in my foolish mate."
Zareth replied, "Hey! I'm plenty smart and if I am foolish you're a fool too for falling in love with me."
Zefiris replied, "Did you say something dear?"
Zareth, "No, no it must be your imagination, ha... haha."
Zefiris, "Better be."
Time Skip 24 hours
Normal POV
"It's about time we're finally in the city." Zareth stated
"Huh, what's wrong with you girls its like your head is in the clouds." Zareth stated.
"Are you seriously asking us that, do you want me to kick you." Zefiris growled at Zareth.
"Oh come on now, you don't have to threaten me we're all lovers here." Zareth replied
"How can you talk so casually! There is a possibility that a god has an eye on you for whatever reason and you're just strolling along in the streets of Delphi! What is wrong with you?!" Zefiris yelled.
"Hmmm... you make a good point there, but, there's no reason to panic. If they wanted to attack me they would've done so already and I'm pretty sure the gods have limits placed upon them from interacting with mortals." Zareth replied
"Are you sure Zareth? That nothing is wrong or that it hurts anywhere right." Sophie asked
"Oh there's no need to worry dear, he is alot of things but a liar not for something of this scale, right dear you wouldn't lie about this right?" Sophia reassured and asked.
"Y-yeah you're absolutely right mommy! I mean Sophia!" Zareth replied frightened at the her darkened eyes and evil smirk.
"Pervert!!!" Sophie interjected.
'Sorry Sophie, but, your mom really is a hot milf and a frightening witch.' Zareth thought.
"Did you think of something rude dear?" Sophia asked
"What?! No it's all your imagination!" Zareth exclaimed.
"Hmmm... okay I believe you, but you have to spoil me while we're in town. " Sophia demanded
"Okay sure, then let's go. Uhmm... there a commercial street perfect place for the date." Zareth stated
"Heeey, what about us? We want to-" Sophie replied and was cut-off before she finished speaking. She then continued, "And there they go."
Sophie and Zefiris watched as the two were holding hands giggling and laughing as they enjoy their date and Zefiris said," We'll definitely get our turn don't worry."
They went off to look for an inn so they can live without suffering from the elements and finally rest after weeks of traveling and fighting bandits to steal their money.
The group of young heroes had no idea that they were unknowingly in the middle of a great conflict all because of a goddess who wants Zareth to be hers and hers alone.
Even with all of that Zareth and the girls were finally starting to unwind and relax. Night time arrived, all that could be heard was moaning from women, this continued till late midnight with everyone else unable to sleep.
