"Alright. Now that you've stretched your limbs, let us handle this" Sato, the tank in our party, flexing his biceps

Both Red and Sato then charged at the spiders. Alice prepares to assist them from behind
The axe user Sato both attacks and defends, fending off one of them. Red on the other hand moves swiftly, elegantly, but cuts them like a whirlwind
After a flashy battle with Red and Sato jumping on them, two on one each. They beat the remaining spider with ease.

The spiders lay dead on the dungeon floor
The way they one sidedly slain the spiders makes me wonder why I was struggling so hard with just one, but then I remembered

Sato and Alice tied the spiders tight with rope and went towards us. They too, have blood splattered all over them
Alice weirdly has the most blood on her clothes. I saw that, but I remembered I was talking to Red about something
By the time I turned towards him to continue the conversation, Red was already distracted by something else. He was staring at Alice as she approached him
"Cheer up!" Alice hugged him

"Now then. Let's carry these and complete the quest already" Sato carried the three giant spiders twice his size
He looked rather silly doing that, but I quickly erased the thought
"Let's just go" Alice has her hand holding Red's while we were walking out the dungeon. Sato following behind us while I'm stuck at the side of this annoying group

"What do you mean these are too damaged so you can't purchase them!?" Alice wept in tears while yelling at the guild employee
The scene she caused ruined the mood of everyone else inside the adventurer building
It would've been a relatively better day if Alice didn't go so far as to yell and cry, wetting the quest paper and even having a voice crack shouting so loudly
"It's not fair!!" She's really acting like a child here
Red doesn't even bet her an eye. He's just there at the corner making it look like we weren't a team. He's being too cold to his girl
Similarly, I'm leaning against the wall beside him.

I approached Alice from behind and covered her mouth "Mhmph!?! Whf AHr Yhu Dwing!?" I didn't even try to understand what the hell she spoke
Sato was there beside both of us, spacing out at the situation. Clearly, his brain couldn't take it and just shut itself down.
Tapping on his side, I gestured him to carry Alice for me. Sato agreed with a slight grin

When they were calling me 'newbie' earlier. They were referring to me being new in their party, not that they're veterans. In reality, they're the newbies here ... At least in the job aspect
They may be powerful, but they're clearly just kids. And Alice is a toddler. Sato is the only cool guy in their party, he's chill
"So...what now?" Alice asked me while being carried by Sato. Her glum voice, it's funny hearing it for the first time. I guess, not getting what she wants must be a big emotional damage for her
I could laugh at her in my head all day, but they're still the party I'm told to guide. She's still just a child
"Ask your boyfriend over there. He's the leader here" I pointed at Red behind us

Surprised, so Red's her brother. Make sense why they're acting so close... I get it now... Well. I don't really give a damn about their relationship

"How about going back to the dungeon again?" Looking at the three of them "This time I'll teach you how to kill them correctly?"

you thought the ceiling is too far for light to reflect on it, that's why it's dark? It's not that the ceiling is far, it's that there's black bats everywhere. If it weren't for their silver fang, it would've been hard to realize
