There is news of a large scale rat infestation in the suburbs of France. Their sewers and underground places suddenly got infested. The reason for the rise in population is unknown. The need to exterminate the rodents is a must.

This has now become a military threat rather than just an extreme threat to the secret societies whose cultivation are dwindling from the infestation of the spirits of such rodents spread throughout the world.
