Systems are classified into three ranks: Low, Medium and High.

Your system's rank will determine how far you will reach in the power system.

The power system is divided into seven realms:

Low

Middle

High

Master

Grandmaster

Transcendant

God

Let's say for example someone with a low rank system will only reach the High realm while someone with a Medium rank system will be able to reach the Grandmaster realm, lastly a High Class will reach the Transcendant realm.
