The sun was just beginning to rise, casting light over the clearing where Darius and Sophie was standing.
Darius was standing opposite from her, his stance was very relaxed but his golden eyes was very sharp, watching her every move.
He was shirtless, because of the sweat from their training session.
"You are holding back," he said, crossing his arms.
Sophie wiped her brow, looking at him.
"I'm not holding back. I'm just... not as fast as you." she said.
"You are really faster than you think, your instincts are very strong. You just need to trust them." Darius replied, his tone was calm but very firm.
Sophie rolled her eyes, holding the training staff he had given her.
"Easy for you to say. You have probably been doing this since birth." she said.
"Not quite, but close enough." He said with a faint smirk on his lips.
"Great, any other words of wisdom?" Sophie muttered, positioning her position again.
