The thought of Sarah being ready to risk her life gave her goosebumps. Abrielle adjusted her sitting position to hug her leg as a fleeting thought crossed her mind would she be able to change her fate
"Why would she be willing to go that far?" She mumbled it seemed absurd to her why someone would be willing to risk their life for a mission.
"The same question on my mind but I guess she knew her fate was worse if she had survived." Cedric casually mentioned and for a slight moment, his aura changed giving Abrielle goosebumps again. She was sure he would have tortured Sarah to the point she would have wished for death but it would never come.
"I have never offended anyone to the point of them putting me on a kill list, not that I am claiming to be a saint." Abrielle's head was bowed on her knees. Cedric almost felt sorry for her and a long sigh left his lips.
