It's been 6 months since my first steps in this world. I'm 1 year and 4 months old. I can say most words now and I'm almost at the point where I can cast a spell. I tried not too long ago and I felt some tingle in my body like there was something flowing through it.
Ichikawa thinks to himself. He still finds this world slightly boring though he is getting used to it more and more. He walks his way over to the bookshelf again and grabbed the spell book. He runs over to a room nobody in the house uses before opening the book and flipping to the page with the spell he wishes to cast the most.
"Here we are flame sphere." Ichikawa says to himself before reaching out his left hand while holding the book with his right barely able to hold it up with one arm.
"All mighty flame god lend me your magic and send forth a ball of flames: flame sphere!"
He yells hoping it would work. Though it was a disappointment. Nothing came out and he just felt some tingles. Maybe it was the fact he was cutting the incantation short he thinks to himself.
"All mighty flame god the one who can burn all of everything lend me your magic at the cost of my mana that with burn whichever a set it out at: i release flame sphere!"
He yells the whole incantation he feels fire burning in his chest then like he was able to breath clearly for the first time in history as if the entire world has just gotten brighter as if his entire body got lighter aswell.
Ichikawa looked at his hand a very small but definitely there fire ball was in his hand.
"What the... fuck! NO WAY I DID IT LETS GOOOOOO!!!"
Ichikawa screeches accidentally sending the fireball into the wood floor starting a small fire.
"AHHH MOMMYYYYYYY!"
Ichikawa yells running into the other parts of the house trying to find either of his parents. He eventually finds his dad.
"DAD I CASTED A SPELL AND NOW THERES A FIRE!"
He yells pointing towards the room he started the fire in.
"YOU DID WHAT NO WAY NO STAY HERE WAIT NO FIND YOUR MOTHER!"
His dad yells at him running into the room already mostly scorched. Ichikawa runs around the house finding his mother in the bedroom and tells her what's happening. She runs off trying to help put out the fire.
After a minute both of them run up grabbing him and running out of the house.
"DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN! THIS HOUSE COST A MILLION GOLDDDDD!!!!!"
His dad yells running out the house with Ichikawa in arms.
