It was morning.
And all the students and teachers gathered at the dining hall to eat breakfast before leaving for the trip.
And that is also where shyam finally got to talk with raitha, they hadn't spoken since they have arrived here. With a good morning their chatting began.
Ritika too was sitting there with shyam and raitha, the three of them talked about the scenery of this place. As well as the shops and other popular stuff. Though one thing cought shyam's intrest the most.
It was about an old shrine high above the mountain stairs. Seeing shyam take a intrest in such thing ritika decided to dig deep, she said.
" Yeah, it's said that, it once was a very popular shrine among the people of this place. But one night one of the staff of that place died for who knows what reason. But soon after many other people started to die, day after day. Which is why that shrine is now abandoned. It's also said that the ghosts of those died still live in that shrine with the gods. And whoever visits that shrine will see them, especially at night. "
Though it was only shyam who was interested in this topic. Shyam's club members overheard the conversation which led to them planning to visit that shiene, at night.
After the breakfast when the teachers and students were getting ready to head off. Shyam's club members who all the more had become his friends in a way, called him. They told him that they were planning to go to that shrine at night after they are back from the trip and everyone is alseep.
Though shyam was completely against this plane at first, but the moment his friends announced it as a challenge, shyam could hold back his inner men as he said " i accept "
After that they split up and made up their plane to meet up at the entrance of the hotel once everyone is alseep.
Hours passed and the trip ended like a flash of light. Though it was a long summer day, it still went by like a leafe falls to the ground, as fast as the wind.
( They say, time goes by faster than ever once you are starting to enjoy your life. But it gets slower when you struggle the same way ~~ noobsuper )
Soon night fell and all the students gathered back to their hotel where they had the same schedule. Bath eat sleep, though not for shyam and his friends.
As they had planned, shyam stepped out of the room which they were given to sleep. As he walked through the corridor with his silent footsteps, he found his friends waiting for him in the entrance.
But before they could discuss, they started to hear more footsteps, they tried to hide but before they could the shadow of those two person appears. The scene was so horror that one of shyam's friend almost pee'd. But once the shadows came to life and when they saw that they were only 2 students. They felt a little better, as though a heavy load was lifted up from thier heart.
Those two students were ritika and raitha. Fortunately or rather unfortunately, raitha and ritika had overheard the conversation between shyam and his friends when they were making the plans.
And now, here we are.
Though shyam did try his best to stop them, saying it'd be dangerous. But they did not seem to understand, instead they told shyam to stay behind, since it's dangerous.
Seeing them soo determined to come, shyam finally gave up. With a hope that mabye the rumars weren't true.
They got out of the hotel in the pitch dark, so dark that one of shyam's friends blended completely in the darkness. Which is why they had to use flashlight.
Moments later they reached the top of the mountain where the shrine was. It was pretty late at night the place seemed pretty spoofy. They started exploring the place as if it was not scary atall, though from outside it seemed they were not scared but inside, inside they were scared to death.
But since it's a challenge they decided to continue, though for the boys it was. But for the girls they decided they would wait for them in the entrance since they didn't have death wish like the boys.
As shyam and his friends explored the place they found any broken statues and the place was cracked up from every side, it seemed it would fall apart and break in any moment.
Suddenly while they were exploring they heard a sound of a glass breaking, but they ignored it thinking this place is old enough must be a window.
But shyam's mind could not accept that statement, yes it was old but, but why now ?.
He still decided to follow them, but moments later another sound same as before came stunning them all together. This time it was quitter than the last time which is scarier.
Though his friends still went on ahead but shyam didn't, he decided to depart from them and go back to raitha. But who knew that small and concerned decision would be one of shyam's worst and best decision.
