Marcus glanced at Andrew, his brow furrowing as he broke the silence. "I was thinking of getting some lunch... but honestly, I don't even feel hungry anymore," he muttered, a vague sense of discontent hanging in the air. His voice faltered for a moment before he shifted his focus. "You busy right now?"
Before Andrew could answer, Marcus grabbed his hand, urging him to come along. "Come on, let's go visit our parents. They'd like to see you."
Andrew jerked his hand back as if the request physically hurt him. He started to move, but then abruptly stopped, staring ahead with a grim expression. "I'm not going," he said, his voice low and final.
Marcus blinked in confusion, a quizzical frown forming. "Why not?" he asked, unable to mask his confusion.
