"Watch out!" A shout calls out someone who's crossing the road.
"Huh?" Ed Lew looks toward the shouting person before getting brutally hit by a strangely silent truck.
"Wha... hap... pen...?" Ed Lew asked in daze as he fell unconscious.

In the hospital, the cries of a newborn could be heard in one of the rooms.
'What was that?' Ed Lew asked in his mind as he open his eyes.
'What the?! Why are they so big?'
Ed Lew looks around anxiously before noticing his small body.
'Wha- I've become a baby?' Ed looks at his body in daze before a woman's voice said, "Nurse, can i hold my son?"
"Here, ma'am."
The nurse gave Ed's small body to the woman in the bed, "Look at your mother, my baby~" The woman's soft and exhausted voice asked.
Ed turned towards the woman and was shocked, because the woman was his mother, his past life's mother, albeit much younger than he had last seen her.
"Lis, can i hold our son?" A deep voice came out from a man nearby, looking relieved and happy than what his sweating forehead suggested.
"Alright, Robbie bear" The woman nodded while handing out the baby to her husband.
'Robbie bear? isn't that dad's nickname?' Ed scrutinized the man and confirmed that it really was his past life's father, but he's completely different from what Ed had remembered.
Previously, His father had a thick, coarse, full beard all over his bottom jaw to his ears. Now, the man in front of him only had a thin beard on his chin, showing that he often shaved his beard.
"Look at him, looking at me so intensely, he definitely loves me." The man laughed joyfully.
However, after seeing the baby rolling his eyes at him, he immediately became downcast and handed the baby back to his wife and went to a corner, mumbling something sadly.
Melissa rolled her eyes at her husband's antics before looking at the baby.
"Your name is Ed, Ed Lew, dear." Her soft and soothing voice made Ed sleepy before he opens his eyes wide in surprise and realization, 'I've regressed! How did that happen? Why did it happen to me?'
Ed had read novels before, so he's not too confused about his situation.
But all of the novels he had read before that had regression have some kind of power, yet his world was ordinary before he regressed, so he doesn't understand his regression well.
After all, those novel protagonists had a somewhat clear reason for their regressions, but him? An ordinary life in an ordinary world without a trace of superpower, other than that strange truck, nothing else had been out of the ordinary for Ed.
He continues to think and stare at Melissa silently, prompting her to ask, "What's wrong, dear?"
Ed suddenly snaps out of his thoughts before he felt hungry, 'Damn, this is bad, don't tell me i have to drink mom's breast milk? I'm a full-grown adult for fucks sake...
Sigh, well, no other way then...'
A baby cry came out of Ed's small body, causing Robert to look back and Melissa panicking slightly before thinking of something and sigh in relief, "He's just hungry, Robbie bear." She reassured her husband while pulling down her hospital clothes and breastfed Ed.
After having his fill, Ed quickly felt sleepy and fell asleep.
