Chapter 1 - 1) The True Ending

"SUPERNOVA!" yelled Eren as an orb of light and fire srunk to an atomic level before a massive explosion evaporated the surroundings, leaving a desolate crater with most of his armour barely hanging on with his arms bleeding and exposed.

Eren fell to his knees, gasping for breath, with a demon in dark black armour with a flame burning over his head and eyes. The demon stood straight and proud with his sword impaled into the ground.

"You are indeed worthy of this victory. Who would have thought that a human would be the one to defeat me?" giggled the demon with his fire slowly burning out.

"With no one to stand against you, you became too comfortable and conceited," replied Eren.

"You are an excellent warrior; be proud of your victory, as I am proud to have clashed swords with you," exclaimed the Demon.

"I am honoured," replied Eren, shakily nising to his feet using his cracked sword. The Demon's fire faded as the armour that once stood proud crashed to the ground before being blown away into ash, the sword his final remnant.

Eren wiped away the blood from his chin and mouth before he started to limp away from the aftermath holding his broken arm.

"Eren!" yelled a familiar voice.

"Amelia!" exclaimed Eren, grinning with joy.

While Eren limped towards her, she sprinted towards him. "I did it!" shouted Eren proudly before embracing Amelia in a hug.

"I'm sorry, Eren," she replied before piercing his chest with a knife. Even stepped back and looked down as his new wound spilt blood and a close friend came close.

Kyle Starch, Eren's best friend, walked towards him with a grin with his long black ponytail and red eyes. "Hello Eren, my dear friend!" he stated proudly, his arms spread wide.

"Please, not you," pleaded Eren.

Kyle stood by Amelia's side, groping her ass, too which she moaned and stared at Kyle while completely flushed. "I'm afraid, so buddy," he replied with an evil smirk.

"Why!" screamed Eren, coughing on his blood. "Why?" Kyle laughed. "You took my place, my glory, my right. What I deserve! I just reclaimed it all, and I got a little bonus along the way," he mocked, licking Amelia's cheek, who shivered in pleasure.

Eren looked towards the ground. If he looked at them, then it would really be true and not just a nightmare, and he couldn't bear that.

"You went through so many struggles to become a saviour, a hero. And you did, but now you'll just die a demon and a traitor so I can accomplish my own dream. It's only fair, right?" continued Kyle.

Eren tried to move, but his body wouldn't move as it just shivered in place. "Don't bother. That knife was covered with the blood of Medusa; you won't be able to move even if you try. It was a pleasure. Being your friend and all, you truly are amazing. But you shone too bright and dimmed my light. Goodbye Eren," finished Kyle before clapping twice and walking away with his arm around Amelia.

A group of royal knights surrounded Eren, pointing their spears towards his neck. "You're under arrest; please don't resist," said the captain full of guilt.

"I won't, don't worry," replied Eren.

In a matter of hours, Eren was completely naked and heavily chained in a cage, untreated, his wounds festering maggots and flies. The citizens yelled at him with disgust, throwing rocks through the bars. Eren was dragged out and brought to the front of the executioner's platform whilst continuously getting beaten before his head was shoved onto a small wooden box.

All of his friends, along with the royal family he had saved, sat on their fancy chairs watching with drinks in their hands. In the middle, Kyle stared at Eren, making eye contact before grinning.

Eren looked down towards the bloodied basket and grinned as he heard the barrating words. At least his people were alive to watch his death, even if they despised him.

"For betraying not only your country but humankind. Eren Sol, you are sentenced to death for your crimes, and I hope for your this once; God isn't merciful," stated the executioner before swinging down, chopping his head dean off.

THE END

"What the fuck," murmered Derek in disbelief looking at his screen, and it rolled the credits. His room was tidy, with his desk being the exception; it was filled with dirty plates, cans, and used tissues.

"Surely that's not the end! This is bullshit! All those hours too give Eren the future he derserves, and this is what I get? What he gets? What an awful ending and fuck Kyle," babbled Derek, infuriated as he deleted the game. "What a waste of time!" he added.

"Want a better ending?" whispered a gentle voice.

Derek screamed, jumping out of his seat and quickly turning around while knocking over his chair to see nothing. "I must be too tired," Derek told himself, and when turning back around, what was his room was now a vast plain that was surrounded by stars and even a black hole.

"Hello Derek," said the voice. Derek turned around, falling over while doing so in fear and awe. A figure clouded by a white robe that folded into a huge flat clump behind him. The only thing visible about the being was his golden eyes, which seemed like glass.

"What are you!?" yelled Derek.

"An intrigued entity, does that explanation suffice?" replied the being.

"No, it doesn't!" screamed Derek.

"Unfortunate. I have an offer for you however," said the being.

"I accept, just don't kill me!" pleaded Derek.

"But you haven't heard it yet?" said the being confused and what seemed to be a head tilt. "If it's death you worry about, don't worry, as that would be breaking the rules," added the being.

"So you won't kill me?" questioned Derek.

"No, you are safe," replied the being.

Derek hesitantly got back to his feet. "Ok, what's the offer?" He asked, taking a step back.

"You were displeased with the ending, were you not? I wish to see your perfect ending, your story. In return, you shall be given one wish upon completion, but you'll only have one shot. Don't worry, however, after your most likely death, you'll be returned to your world unharmed," replied the being.

"What do you get out of this?" wondered Derek, still skeptical.

"What anyone wants. Fun," replied the being. "So do you accept?" it questioned.

Derek gave it some thought.Alright, "I'll give it a try," he accepted.

"How wonderful!" exclaimed the being, taking Derek aback. "As per usual with the game, you may pick one starting item and character," it added.

Derek smirked, already knowing his choice. "I choose the Aquila Amulat and, of course, I'll be playing Eren Sol!" answered Derek.

"I hope you have an entertaining journey. I wish you luck, Derek. Or should I call you Eren Sol?" said the figure, clicking his fingers, causing Derek to fall throughout space while screaming and closing his eyes.
