"Death?" I asked, looking at him, and he sighed.
"You need to get it together. If you don't think straight, nothing's going to work out. You can't deal with this emotionally, or you'll never find her. You have to deal with it, using your senses properly." Drake said, and it was my turn to heave a heavy sigh.
Taking a deep breath, I turned to the maids, who were still terrified by my actions.
"Now, look." I said, trying to calm down, and think with much more calm than before. "Ariana is a vampire."
Their eyes went wide.
"I'm saying this to you in case Ariana returns, and some people come looking for her. You're to alert me, and protect her in the best way you can, and that's if she comes here. I don't know if she'll come, but if she comes, you must hold her here. No matter what, she must not leave the house." I cautioned, and they nodded, looking at me with fear, and a little surprise in their eyes.
