Chapter 1 - Prologue

Every person knows the softer as well as the worse sides of reality. There are people who can cope with misfortune, but also those who give up easily.

Most often, people who have experienced a lot in the past become rebels, and being cruel to others brings them relief. Because they can get rid of anger — anger that forms a shell around the heart, not allowing anyone to destroy it.

Usually, such people are lonely. Abandoned, without family or friends who can help them turn back on the right track. Left alone, unable to cope with their lives. Exasperated...

Chloe. Abandoned by her parents, she experienced many bad moments in her life, and this caused her to follow the wrong path: full of pain, aggression, as well as sadness. There was no one by her side who could show her what happiness is.

Until... when he appeared. A young company director who achieved so much in life in a short time. Despite a difficult adolescence, he dealt with the demons of the past. He did not let them weigh down on his happiness, he overcame them.

There was still a chance for the girl. Would she allow the director to let him in to show her what true happiness is all about?
