"I want to go to the Golden palace. I want to see the place where I was born."
"It's not easy Teshmian ,you have to reconnect with your mother's soul first."
"But my mother is already dead;how do I do that?"
That's where Teshmian was wrong because as long as the devil was still alive ,the queen angel cannot die . Her life is connected to the devil's from the past ;a past that changed everything and made two worlds have hatred for each other. Everything began with Stacie, the queen angel and Gotham, the devil.
This was a time when the Golden palace and Lucifer's den were one. There was no existence of devils. Gotham , Lucifer was the high priestess son.Gotham and Stacie grew up together and they were always there for each other even when things were very low. It was very unfortunate that two very good friends would one day become sworn enemies. Gotham fell in love with Stacie but that wasn't the case for Stacie who had fallen for someone else ,a vampire. The jury's court which comprised of the eldest and wisest angels denied their alliance and instead decided to unite her wih Gotham as they were good friends.
On the day that Gotham would get what he most desired , the worst happened. Stacie ran off with Naffy,the king of vampires. She even went against the Golden palace's rules and got intimate with Naffy which was the biggest mistake she ever made because she was blinded by love not to realize Naffy was using her. He wanted a creature which had an angel's and vampire's blood running in it and will be strong enough to wipe away the angel's clan. Naffy was greedy for power ,he wanted to rule all the realms and be regarded the great king of all time . Gotham was very enraged at the sight of all this and he immediately destroyed the vampire with a single breathe of his fire using his power for evil.
"How can you betray our friendship this way....how?" Gotham was really hurt.
And this is how it happened that they were cursed by the divine fairy. Stacie's life would be connected to Gotham; as long as Gotham lived ,she will also live . Gotham was thrown from the Golden palace and that's how the demons came to be ,the descendants of Lucifer . The angels and demons became arch enemies but the angels were given a rule that they could not attack unless they were attacked first since they were considered the preservers of life.The trinklet was made to symbolyze this covenant,it was half fire half water an very powerful.
Naffy the vampire was slowly dying from Lucifer's attack which made him very weak.
"How could you do this to me when I gave you nothing but my love ?"
"What do you expect after all I'm a vampire and betrayal is in our blood . Anyway what I wanted has been achieved."
"Well that's where you are wrong because I am going to kill this evil creature even if it means I die ."
Naffy gave out a hearty laugh that could scare even the scariest creature .
"Have you forgotten what you are carrying in your womb Stacie? As much as it is evil it still carries an angel's blood and you very well understand that an angel's child cannot die under an circumstances unless the blood related male clan decides to kill it or it dies by itself."
The vampire was in his last moments but before he could die ,he whimpered about this child carrying his legacy forward.
"This child will be the cause of your downfall,she will come to seek my revenge."Naffy breathed his last.
Teshmian was stunned by this revelation. She couldn't believe that all this happen.
"But you said as long as the devil lives then the angel queen will also live."
"Yes dear the body might die but the soul continues to live and that is your mother's case."
Teshmian lost all hope because she knew Lucifer was dead and now so is her mother.
"You are wrong my child ," Hamnish gave her a knowing smile . He knew what she was thinking in her mind."Lucifer was given one gift by the divine angel and that is eternity. Lucifer cannot die and he is not dead;he is just in a deep slumber and only the combination of an angel's and demon's blood can arouse him."
Life was giving Teshmian another chance to start her life afresh and she didn't want to waste it at all. She would make the most of life but most of all not forget her goal;Stacie and Ilshay's vengeance .But a difficult task lay ahead of her. For her to get her mother back she had to arouse the devil and she had ni clue how to go about it. Teshmian had one more important task that she had to do before moving on. She excused herself and left. She went to search for Lucian and she knew where exactly to find him.
"Lucian I'm sorry for everything and even blaming you for my friend's death. I should have tried to find the truth first before making my own conclusions. Lucian I have been through a lot and Ilshay was my only family and when I lost her I couldn't think of anything else and I was looking for someone to take blame. I'm really so....."
"Shhhh,"Lucian placed his index finger on her lips ,"I don't want to know all that . All I want is to earn your love and I'll work hard for it.Until then I will go away from you."
"But ....."
Before Teshmian could finish, Lucian cut her short and disappeared without a word. For the first time she felt something strange;it was a different kinda feeling,one she couldn't explain at all and it was really painful. She left from there disheartened and she blamed herself for everything that was happening. First it was Ilshay ,her only family and now she was loosing Lucian too.
It was noon and Teshmian hadn't moved from her room all day. She lost all hope and saw no point in living anymore.
"Teshmian!Teshmian!Teshmian," Hamnish called but all he received was silence. He tried to bhang the door harder but still there was no response.
With aine wave of his hand , Hamnish used his powers to break down the door. He checked everywhere but only an empty room stared at him. As he was just leaving a piece of paper caught the attention of his eyes.
"Lucian,
I'm sorry that I'm the reason you are broken,but don't worry coz I'm
going forever far away from you.pkease don't wait for me move on
with your life . Lucian ,I have always loved you always. And Hamnish
I'm sorry I couldn't do it.
Teshmian "
"No,I can't loose her,"Hamnish said to himself as he threw the piece of paper on the floor.
Before he could make a move an idea struck in his head; Lucian,a demon protects what is his even from death.Hamnish couldn't allow what happened in the past to repeat itself. He wanted Teshmian and he wanted her alive.
Sobs,Teshmian's sobs. Lucian could hear Teshmian's sobs. He could also hear the waterfall,the leaves cracking and the gushing wind.
"The forest bridge ," Lucian muttered to himself.
Lucian knew where Teshmian was. He immediately stood and followed the path to the bridge. He was very scared because he knew the consequences if an angel was to fall in the waterfall. Hamnish told him everything and he somehow felt guilty. He felt like a failure because when Teshmian needed him the he wasn't there for her.
