Chen was next one to try and cure the plague. He was going to treat a middle Aged man with dark brown hair and a mustache.
The infection was in the man's hand as Chen too followed the exact steps the monk from nirvana temple showed. Soon he forced the plague into the index finger of the man and made a cut on his finger to release the plague.
" Since you are able to cure them by yourself, we are no longer required to stay here.
Remember not to overdo it and most important of all... If you are alive, many more will be cured, so if you feel like the plague is too much and is forcing your qi back, immediately cut off your qi.
There are some monks who have been infected with plague themselves because they weren't careful enough. "
The middle aged monk said as both the monks from nirvana temple left.
Tian who was watching all this looked at General Yan " General, I want to try curing someone too. "
The General nodded as a middle aged limping woman walked up to Tian. She showed Tian her leg, her foot was entirely black and slowly rotting. Tian held her hand as he guided the yellow smoke like qi to flow from his hand and forced it inside her body through the skin of her palm.
He could clearly feel that his qi was boiling her blood as from outside, General Yan could see yellow light pulsating and moving in the woman's arm. As the yellow light moved, it was as if the hand was getting new vitality.
The wrinkles went away and the skin looked bright and as good as a baby's. Slowly the qi moved from hand to every part of her body and cleansed the organs.
At last Tian finally guided the qi towards her infected leg as he concentrated. He could feel that instead of repelling the plague, he was truly burning and purifying it.
His qi also had stronger healing properties as he noticed that the skin from before and after the healing looked like day and night.
His qi finally reached the frozen black blood as Tian slowly itched his qi closer to the black blood. As soon as the qi touched the black blood, it was burned and a searing pain shot up in the woman's leg as she grunted from the pain.
The black blood, as if alive tried to escape from the leg as Tian could feel the black blood moving.
He decided to take the safe approach as he flooded the leg with his qi. There was no way for the black blood to escape as the blood backed away in the foot. the woman's foot started rotting with visible speed.
Tian quickly attacked the black blood with a huge amount of yellow qi. It was as if a yellow cloud was flowing inside the veins of this woman. Her whole leg lit up yellow and black as the black blood was instantly evaporated after coming in contact with the Qi.
General Yan made the incision on the thumb of the woman's leg as only some black smoke came out through the cut. Her leg which was like a dried twig soon regained vitality because of tian's qi as it became as good as new. The woman now looked younger and full of energy as she bowed to Tian.
" I thank the great monk for saving me! I thank the great monk for saving me! " She was in tears as General Yan looked at Tian " How about you give me a treatment boy?, I am almost envious of her for getting such good skin after the treatment. your qi seems to be special. Work hard and you will become a strong cultivator "
Tian helped the woman stand up as he smiled " It's nothing, thank you for trusting me. " He said as he looked at general Yan. " You need to catch the Crawling death plague first for that general and as for the qi, thank you for the guidance but I think its normal "
General Yan nodded as Tian noticed the golden screen floating in front of him.
"Next"
She said as tian stopped her. the woman who was cured left as Tian focused on the notification.
He had used up 4 points of Qi while curing the lady. His qi was thicker than normal qi so it wouldn't scatter much while in the body of others. He estimated that his qi was at least twice as effective and would be used up half as much as others.
The golden screen had other notifications too as Tian closed the prompt. He made an excuse to go to pee and went inside the bathroom to check the contents of the mission.

Tian looked at all the notifications as he felt as if he was in some kind if virtual game. He was excited about the rewards as each and every single upgrade point was really useful.
The rewards for curing the first patient was the glove of plague doctor.
He checked his robes as there was a black lather glove that he pulled out of his pocket. It was the same size as his hand.
Curious, Tian put on the glove as he felt the strange power flowing through his body.
He felt that he could better channel his qi force through his hand now because of the glove.
" So many people to cure, I guess I'll be overpowered in no time if I manage to cure all the people. " Tian smiled as he walked back to the room again.
General Yan nodded as she called in the next patient. It was a young man about the same age as Chen. The infection was in the guy's hand as Tian grabbed the young man's other hand and poured his qi through his glove. He felt that now pouring qi felt natural with the glove as he finished curing the guy faster than before.
One by one Tian and Chen cured many people during the day. Tian used auto clicker and found out that auto clicker used more Qi but cured the patient in less amount of time. With 1.5 times the speed, he was able to cure patients way faster than even the monks from nirvana temple.
He decided to cure people normally as it would be too odd to cure patient with such fast speed on the first day. Finally after a few hours, General Yan decided to stop as she addressed the sick people standing outside " The monks have limited Qi! Those who want to get cured can come again tomorrow, please leave for now " She said as she closed the doors to the room.
Tian decided to play it safe as even though he still had a huge amount of Qi, if he stands out too much, there would be people who would focus on him and the danger from the people behind the plague would increase.
Chen on the other hand was exhausted as he had normal holy qi and thus had to spend more Qi to cure the people.
Tian then decided to practice bronze body sutra as soon as he finished as he performed one perfect cycle after another of the bronze body sutra.
His body was using up qi to replenish the nutrients as Tian felt that slowly his qi was getting used up. He practiced through out the evening as his muscles became more refined.

He felt that now his skin won't be damaged even if attacked with swords.
The Qi in his dantian was almost used up and now only 54 points of Qi was left. Tian decided to save up the Qi for later as he checked his upgrade points. Strangely there were 6 upgrade points available.
" The 1 point is from before, so that means I got 5 upgrade points for reaching level four in bronze body sutra. " He smiled as he rubbed his hands together.
