On the road by Cider Lake in Mondstadt, Lumine was walking with Mona toward the city, with Paimon perched on Bebe's head behind them.
Bouncing up and down on Bebe's head, Paimon wore a slightly disgruntled expression. "Lumine, why didn't we stay at Hiroshi's place for breakfast?"
"I haven't had Hiroshi's breakfast in ages."
"Because we need to get to the Knights of Favonius quickly," Lumine replied, smiling as she returned greetings from Mondstadt's residents. She reached out to pat Bebe's fluffy head, her face brimming with happiness. "Besides, we already had breakfast."
Looking down at the pouting Paimon, Lumine added with a smile, "We can go to Hiroshi's for lunch."
"Really?!" Paimon's mood instantly lifted, and her small face broke into a delighted smile. "Then I'll make sure to have a big feast at lunch!"
Flying ahead excitedly, Paimon waved her hands and shouted, "Let's hurry to the Knights! Whether Klee is the heir or not, Mona's divination said we'd meet the heir, so let's go! Paimon can't wait to finish this quickly and enjoy a feast!"
Under the scattered starlight, Mona glanced back at the path they had walked.
"Could that person be the black-and-white-striped cat I saw in my divination?" Mona murmured to herself, recalling Klee's fate from her earlier readings. Her tension grew as she thought about the possibility of Klee being the heir. If Klee truly was the heir, how would she approach the girl to challenge her?
At the Knights of Favonius Headquarters, Klee entered the building carrying an enormous frozen fish.
Tilting her head, Klee looked at the fish, which was larger than Jean's office, and scratched her head in frustration. "How am I going to get this big fish to Master Jean?"
Using her head to nudge the towering fish, Klee crouched and stared at Jean's office door, deep in thought. She glanced at the bouncing bomb in her hand and placed it on the ground, closing her eyes.
"Klee will count to ten with her eyes closed. If Master Jean doesn't stop me by then, that means she approves!"
"One~"
"Two~"

Thud!
"Klee?!"
Holding his reddened forehead, Kaeya looked at the massive frozen fish that filled half the hall and at Klee, who was counting numbers under the fish. He couldn't help but exclaim in surprise.
"Kaeya!"
Opening her eyes, Klee grinned at the sight of Kaeya crouched before her. "Kaeya, come help Klee!"
Pointing at the fish and Jean's office door, Klee pouted. "I want to give this big fish that Brother Hiroshi and I caught in Liyue to Master Jean and everyone, but the office door is too small."
Handing Kaeya the bouncing bomb, Klee looked up at him with wide, expectant eyes. "Can you use this to make the door bigger? Klee's too scared to blow it up herself because Master Jean might scold me. But if Kaeya does it, it'll be fine! Master Jean never puts you in time-out when we blow up fish together."
Kaeya's expression twitched as he recalled the times he and Klee had to dodge Jean's wrath after their escapades. This little troublemaker would obediently surrender whenever Jean raised her voice, ensuring Kaeya never got caught—a streak he'd rather not end.
"Klee, what's this?"
Jean's voice, accompanied by Lisa's, came from behind Kaeya. His face froze as he turned to see Jean glaring at him, and he forced an awkward smile.
"I didn't think seeing Klee casually carry such a huge fish would surprise me so much," Kaeya explained, scratching his head. "It looks like I'll be busy now."
"Master Jean! Lisa!"
Klee's eyes lit up as she sprang to her feet, waving enthusiastically. "I'm back! This is the big fish I caught with Sister Qiqi and Li in Liyue! It's super tasty, so I brought it for you and everyone at the Knights!"
Jean sighed as she looked at Klee's beaming face. "Klee, I'm happy you're sharing your favorite things with us, but didn't I tell you not to blow up fish in Liyue Harbor?"
Klee froze, her big eyes blinking. "Um... Klee was... was playing with Li!" she stammered. "We even got permission from Zhongli!"
"Klee!" Jean's tone turned stern. "Did you really get permission?"
Lowering her head, Klee poked her fingers together. "No..."
"You..." Jean crouched and gently stroked Klee's face. "Your strength is so great now that even a small mistake could cause serious problems. I only ask you to be careful because I don't want you or anyone else to get hurt."
Jean smiled softly. "When you can fully control your strength, I'll go fish-blasting with you, okay?"
"Really?!" Klee's face lit up with joy. "When Klee learns to control her strength perfectly, Master Jean will go fish-blasting with me?"
"Yes," Jean nodded. "I always keep my promises to Klee."
"Yay!"
Raising the enormous fish above her head with ease, Klee cheered, "Master Jean, wait for me! I'll master my strength perfectly!"
She gently tossed the fish aside, its descent cushioned by a soft golden glow. The fish landed silently on the ground. Dusting her hands off, Klee turned to the stunned group, clenching her small fists confidently. "The big fish is here. Everyone, remember to eat it! Klee's off to train now!"
With a cheerful wave, Klee darted out of the Knights' headquarters.
"Oh my," Lisa mused, crossing her arms with a sly smile. "It seems I'll need a Kamera to capture our dear Master Jean blowing up fish."
"Lisa!" Jean exclaimed.
As Jean shook her head, she watched Klee run off. "I didn't expect Klee's control over her strength to improve so much. Now, if we can teach her proper restraint, she won't blow everything up anymore."
Outside the Knights' headquarters, Lumine and Mona had just greeted the guards when the door suddenly swung open. Before they could enter, Klee rushed out and collided straight into Lumine.
"Klee?!"
"Sister Lumine! Paimon!"
"Ah! And the fish-loving big sister!" Klee exclaimed, looking at Mona.
