Freya's POV
The morning sunlight filtered through the trees, but its warmth did little to ease the tension in the camp. The vision consumed my thoughts. It was impossible to ignore the voice, the crest, and the ruins. I had seen it plainly, carved like a warning into the figure's chest.
As Finnick and Kade sat in the meeting tent, I attempted to describe what I had witnessed.
The crest belongs to a third pack, one that is supposed to be extinct, I stated in a firm voice.
Finnick crossed his arms and scowled. "The third pack? You mean the Redfangs?"
Kade's gaze grew strained. "The Redfangs were wiped out years ago. They don't exist anymore."
With annoyance brewing in my chest, I retorted, "Then why did I see their crest in my vision?" "Someone's using their name or their power. Either way, it's not over."
