Chapter 2 - Divorcing the female ceo

In the world's most populous country M Country at the Divorce Court in Camlet City, a judge asked some questions to a handsome looking couple, and then a quick stamp was sealed on two envelopes showing the end of the few years old marriage between Soudeep Simoh and Sabina Emom. They both each took their divorce receipts , then stood up, and immediately caught the attention of others in the hall.

A small boy Samuel was hugging the feet of both the divorced couple and crying, but the woman just ignored the small boy.

People around them in the marriage registrar whispered, unable to hide their sadness.

"What a shame," a clerk in the court murmured. "They make such a stunning couple. Moreover the child is really beautiful."

"The man is so damn handsome clean-cut, stylish, easy to look on the eyes. The woman has a beautiful striking presence, like a movie star. They seemed to be perfect together. How could they just take divorce?"

Suddenly someone muttered " oh no. She is Sabina Emom, the ceo of one of the Emom group companies. She is also a celebrity actress. She acts generally in the movies of southern province of our country. So her movies are popular in southern province not in our province. Her movie last month was a super hit in box office of southern province. "

Standing outside the Civil Affairs Bureau, Sabina Emom slid on her sunglasses, masking her already breathtaking features on face. Tall, with refined, delicate facial structure and long, straight black hair that cascaded down her back like a waterfall, she looked over at her ex husband Soudeep Simoh . Her voice was as cool and composed as always and she said.

"You should really reconsider not taking any of my assets," she said. "Samul and Cameli's kindergarten tuition fees and other costs is not cheap."

Raising two 4 year old children in a city like Camlet was really expensive—a bottomless pit of expenses. Without the foundation of marriage, Soudeep Simoh had no full time job and no income to fall back on.

"There's no need," Soudeep Simoh replied calmly waving his hands , his gaze unwavering.

Seeing his firm stance, Sabina Emom did not press the matter more . She turned, got into her expensive limited edition Maserati, and sped off. She had always been decisive—no hesitation, no second-guessing. Soudeep Simoh and Sabina Emom were both adults, after all, and once a decision was made, they each had to live with the consequences.

What surprised Sabina Emom was Soudeep Simoh's refusal to take any of their shared wealth. He could have walked away with a considerable fortune of several millions and most people would not have been able to resist. But not him.

Their daughter Camelia and son Samuel was adamant about staying with Soudeep Simoh . Sabina Emom understood the bond as she had never cared about the children after marriage . After all, she had rarely been around since the twwins were born. Still, she was not too worried and did not miss her children . She figured that, after leaving a life of luxury, it wouldn't take long—two weeks, maybe—before the two twins came crying back to her begging to be in her custody .

In a way, Soudeep Simoh's decision to not to take any money had played into her hands. When their new life became unbearable, the custody of their child would fall back to her naturally.

As Sabina Emom drove away, Soudeep Simoh hailed a taxi to pick up Camelia from Rainbow Preschool. Now broke, he had only 28,000 rupees in savings and still needed to find a place to rent for himself and his two children . They had been living in Sabina Emom's lavish villa, never worrying about basic needs. He was not sure how Samuel and Camelia would adjust to their new life. That was his only real concern. His feelings for Sabina Emom were very profound but he had the ability to control his emotions.

The two had made a mistake—one night, after too much to drink at a banquet, they'd ended up with an unexpected consequence— Sauel and Camelia in Sabina's belly . Marriage followed out of obligation, hastily, and without any proper wedding it was just an official wedding.

Sabina Emom, was a relentless workaholic, managed several five-star hotels, tech companies, entertainment companies and was a popular actress of Southern Province and had a net worth in the tens of millions.

But between the demands of her job and the wealth she accumulated, she had little time for Soudeep Simoh or their daughter, Camelia and Samuel.

To make up for that absence, Soudeep Simoh had sacrificed his career. He left a high-paying job at a public tech company to become a stay-at-home dad. He worked part time in some offices when his children were at preschool.

Years passed, and Sabina Emom stayed as busy as ever. Sometimes, she would be away for months on a business trip, barely seen at home. Meanwhile, Soudeep Simoh spent his days caring for their daughter, Camelia and son Samuel. He would try to win her heart by giving her delicious food and managing the household, keeping everything in perfect order.

There had never been conflict between him and Sabina Emom. They had never even fought. But she had always been rude to him despite he loving her with his whole heart.

Divorce was finally inevitable, as she felt no connection with him . They separated peacefully, without bitterness.

At the entrance of Rainbow Preschool , Soudeep Simoh stood casually in a white shirt and jeans, his tall, handsome figure catching the eyes of several mothers waiting for their children.
