Alaina's POV
"Lights… camera… action!" The director's voice rang like a boomerang, and I began to move my body, speaking as though the script had been buried in my head. I had spent every night practicing; this seemed so easy.
In no time, I had wrapped up the scene. The movie, 'Marry Me, Miss,' was coming out just right, and I could still feel the adrenaline coursing through my veins from pretending to be someone else for a few hours. The fake blood on my arm, the lingering scent of studio lights, and the muffled sound of crew members bustling about were all too familiar. This was where I should be.
My pregnancy wasn't a problem. There would be a point in the movie where the actress discovers she was pregnant. The director had been contemplating whether to make me the lead actress for the next season of 'Marry Me, Me.' I was just a substitute actress for season 1. I hope I am made the main actress for season 2.
