"Single".
Please you mustn't have anyone in your life no matter what I'm sure you all read this on the terms and conditions we gave: the man on stage finally continued
Our host has a specific preference. He likes his women light-skinned, average in height… he looked at the paper and continued "between 5'6" and 5'9", with a slim yet curvy figure not too much for him just portable and physically controllable.
A murmur ran through the crowd as women exchanged nervous glances. "In addition, he prefers women with short hair, preferably straight or wavy,
"This must be a joke"
A lady with beautiful dark skin, long hair and a beautiful face and breath taking shape exclaimed, deliberately letting her champagne glass off her hands and shattering on the ground as she walked out ; body guards following suit
Although frightened by her action I understood her pain but was grateful I wasn't feeling it. I Fitted all the descriptions he just mentioned making me smile letting out a sigh of relief as I took a more confident stance. I was relieved for a moment until he spoke again.
"But most of all he hates in women it's tattoos". A huge sigh and light complaints filled the room immediately he said that.
My heart sank, realizing I didn't fit the criteria too. My skin was more olive-toned, and my hair was shoulder-length and wavy which as good, but I had a small tattoo below my belly button and on slightly above my left ass cheek at my back.
The room fell silent, with a very few women looking confident and the others muttering with sad expressions.
"Those who don't meet these requirements, I'm very sorry for your time wasted this was a sudden decision. You may please now exit the ballroom," the man on stage instructed, his tone firm but polite.
A slow trickle of women began to leave, their faces a mix of disappointment and rage.
I hesitated, for a moment wondering if I should stay or go.
"No way. ," I muttered to myself, watching as women with disappointed expressions filed out of the ballroom. Some vented their frustration by knocking over tables and breaking decorative items, their elegant movements belied by the destructive acts.
But I knew that wouldn't help my case. My situation was different. I needed the $100,000 prize, no matter what I had already given a lot for this night.
I stylishly covered the slith of my gown. Even though I knew the tattoo couldn't be visible from my panties or dress.
"There's nothing to worry about" I muttered to myself as a man came closer to us : he had a good look at where his eyes were limited on our bodies.
"Please note that if you are found with any of these things I've mentioned in this list you will be disqualified immediately… and probably face some consequences". The man on stage warned.
"His words didn't even move me at all".
To my greatest surprise we were only four left: it seemed this host of a person had a really rare and unique taste in women a taste that was hard to find. I was even now more curious to see him.
The emcee's voice cut through my thoughts. "Ladies remaining, please proceed forward on the stage, our host will be here in a few seconds to pick his choice.
You don't have to be worried, the rest of you who met his taste and choices till this point, will be rewarded half the amount. He spoke.
Phew at least that's something. sounds good to me. least I knew I was leaving here with something even if I didn't win. Fifty thousand dollars was still a whole lot.
Everything was going well as we all began proceeding the stairs up the stage until.
"Tat!! Tattoo on the tits".
A guard pointed to the side of the one of the contestants remaining almost placing his finger on it but got a slap before he got any closer.
Then she pounced on him intending to strangle him. Until some other guards came into the scene and separated them.
Now I was even more scared. What was a guards eyes doing at the side of a woman's tits.
Please you may leave us now mam. The man on the stage said with a polite smile to the lady who was still gaining her stamina giving the guard that ratted her out a death glare.
We both had the same thing on mind : sneaking in anyways but she just got busted. It added to my fear of being caught too but the fear of loosing the money was greater.
I had a clearer look at the guy on stage this time. He was a handsome man fair in complexion and I could tell he wasn't more than 25 years of age. Pink lips nice jawline and the piercing in his ears just added to his charm.
"This is bullshit !!"The furious lady exclaimed then made her leave too now we were only three remaining.
Okay ladies I'm gonna ask again there is. no need for lies please I'm gonna ask one more time. Do any of you bear anything I mentioned on the list or in this case, specifically a tattoo?
We all kept silent for some seconds before one of us spoke up.
"Ah fuck this" she said immediately raising her gown revealing a rose tattoo high in her laps she sighed.
Thank you for your honesty" the young man said.
I just wanted to see him. She said before she took her leave too now we were two left.
Whats so special about this guy anyway. I wondered already feeling more tensed.
Well the girl next to me was way gorgeous looking than me and had better chances of being accepted by whoever the fuck was conducting this stupid event: she already had a confident smile on her face. She was cute to be honest.
Well I wasn't that disappointed or discouraged even if she won. I was still going to have 50 000 dollars.
Totally worth it.
"Okay ladies listen the handsome young man spoke up.
"I will now introduce myself. I'm mark Diego personal assistant and secretary to Lucas Ross". I gasped, shocked. "No way, no fucking way!" I muttered, hastily covering my mouth. Lucas Ross? The billionaire mogul who topped the city's charts? His reputation for wealth and charm was legendary. I repeat legendary.
That explained why the ladies were so eager to participate. They weren't here for the $100,000 prize; they were here to catch Lucas Ross's eye.
Seems like I was the only one after the money. I apologized after shrieking in surprise unconsciously, letting the young man continue. The girl besides me didn't seem to be surprised.
Just as I was piecing things together, Lucas Ross stepped onto the stage from behind.
His presence electrified the air. It was like his presence made everything around him decrease
I didn't even realize I was holding my breath. Confidence and wealth radiated from his very being. His chiseled features seemed sculpted by perfection itself – piercing blue eyes, strong jawline, and even his frown looked charming.
A gleaming watch adorned his wrist, complementing his sleek, designer shoes. Every aspect of his appearance screamed luxury and refinement as expected.
As he scanned the room, his gaze lingered on me and the girl beside me, as he drew near.
"Very good they look okay".
Huh? Me ? Okay…. Oh my God he just said I'm okay… yes I'm okay.
Mark stood beside him, his voice a contrast to Lucas's deep, smooth tone. "
"Thank you. Now that we have our final two ladies, what's the next step, sir?"
Lucas's voice was low and commanding. "I'll choose the one I want, and then we'll proceed with the marriage first thing tomorrow there's no time to waste.
"What ?Marriage?"I said in as the girl behind me was already all over herself. Yes! Yes please oh my God yes!
"Whoah Whoah nobody said anything about any marriage". I said as everyone including Lucas looked at me. I mean who just gets married to a girl he sees for the first time in less than 15 minutes?
Well it's just a contract it was isn't permanent. Just for a short while". Mark said facing me but still his explanation was like noise to my ears I have never heard of such contract before and any other thing that wasn't sounding like them ready to pay me was already sounding like noise to me.
"No no… um I'm so sorry I just want my money "
Mike smiles looking back at Lucas as their gaze met.
So you are telling me that if you were given the spot now to be the winner of this event, if you got married to Lucas Ross here…" He demonstrated. You wouldn't accept it?"
I was already nodding by the time he was almost done talking.
At that point all I wanted was my money. And I was already wandering what was so surprising to them gat I wouldn't accept the offer. Did they really think it was all the woman in the world that would want to blindly marry Lucas? He was everything a woman could wish for quite alright, but not this lady standing here at least not anymore.
Just as I was about to ask for my money one more time. I noticed Lucas stand up from his seat walking towards me.
