Back at his desk, Yueul stared blankly at his monitor.
When he worked as an illegal Keeper, most of the anthropomorphs he trained lacked social skills, so it was enough to teach them basic things like reading and writing, personal hygiene, how to converse with humans, and what was considered unacceptable behavior in human society.
But Wooheon was different. He had graduated from an anthropomorph school and already knew all the basics.
Yueul had no idea where to start. Engaging in conversation seemed like the best way to get to know him, but even that seemed to irritate Wooheon.
Moreover, for a casual conversation, there had to be some kind of a topic that they can share their thoughts on, but Wooheon’s entire life revolved around work.
He had no interest in food, movies, dramas, or books—nothing outside of work.
“What does Mr. Kang even enjoy in life...?”
“Why are you worrying about my interests? Shouldn’t you be spending that time reading the book that I gave you?”
