Yueul shrank back, his shoulders hunched. He had only gotten two questions wrong, but the fear made him want to run away.
‘Am I going to be scolded like this every day once the real work starts?’
“What are you doing? You should be writing down your mistakes.”
“Ah, yes! Sorry.”
With trembling hands, Yueul picked up his pen and jotted down the question Wooheon had asked.
His arms were now covered in a layer of brown fur, a clear sign of his distress, but Wooheon seemed like he didn’t care at all as he moved on to the next question.
“After holding the door and announcing you’re from the APA, what should you do if the homeowner refuses to let you in?”
“Ah! I know this one. You inform them that interfering with a special investigation could result in a fine of up to ten million won.”
“At least you remember that.”
Wooheon was incredulous as he watched Yueul straighten his shoulders and beam with pride over getting just one question right.
