As days went by, Devyansh and Ananya grew even closer, their bond strengthening with each passing moment. In public, Devyansh maintained his composed and authoritative demeanor, the powerful CEO and mafia figure everyone knew him to be. But in private, he was entirely different-affectionate, playful, and unable to keep his hands off Ananya. He constantly found excuses to touch her, to kiss her, as if he couldn't bear even a moment apart from her.
Ananya often found herself blushing under his attention, wondering how he managed to maintain his serious persona outside their private moments. She knew that no one would believe her if she told them how he was with her behind closed doors.
They had also taken a significant step forward in their relationship. Their intimacy deepened, and with it, the trust and love they shared. Each moment brought them closer, making them inseparable. Their love story was unfolding, not just in the grand gestures and the passionate kisses, but in the little moments of tenderness and care that they shared every day.
The house was buzzing with excitement as everyone got ready for the family function. It was one of those rare occasions when all the relatives gathered, and the air was filled with laughter, last-minute preparations, and the soft jingling of bangles and anklets. I stood in front of the mirror, adjusting the drape of my red lehenga, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. The vibrant red contrasted beautifully with the gold embroidery, making me feel both elegant and a little shy. Because of the blouse. The neck is deep and I'm not comfortable in showing my cleavage. So I decide to put the dupatta in the front so my cleavage can not be visible.
As I finished getting ready, I glanced at the clock. Devyansh had been busy all day with work and hadn't been able to pick me up. I tried not to feel disappointed, knowing how dedicated he was to his responsibilities. But still, I couldn't help but wish he was there to see me in this lehenga.
Eventually, the family decided to head to the venue without him, assuring me that he would join us soon. We arrived at the function, and the evening unfolded in a blur of greetings, chatter, and laughter. I smiled and chatted with the relatives, but my mind kept drifting back to Devyansh, wondering when he would arrive.
Finally, after what felt like forever, I saw him enter the venue. My heart skipped a beat as our eyes met across the room. The moment he saw me, I could see the change in his expression-his eyes widened slightly, and he paused mid-step, his gaze locking onto me with an intensity that sent a shiver down my spine. The noise of the crowd seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of us in that moment.
He walked over to me, his eyes never leaving mine, and when he finally reached me, he leaned in close, his voice low and full of admiration. "Ananya... tum iss red lehenga mein... breathtaking lag rahi ho," he whispered, his gaze filled with so much emotion that it made me blush deeply. The way he was looking at me made me feel as though I was the only person in the room.
We spent the next hour mingling with the family, but there was an undercurrent of something more between us-something unspoken, yet powerful. He was not leaving me alone. Every time Devyansh's hand brushed against mine or his gaze lingered on me a little too long. I felt my heart race, a mixture of nervousness and anticipation bubbling inside me.
After dinner, as the evening wore on, Devyansh leaned in close to me, his breath warm against my ear. "Ananya, chalo ghar chalte hain... yeh sab baad mein bhi enjoy kar sakte hain," he said softly, his tone holding a promise of something more. I looked at him, my heart fluttering at the thought of leaving the function early, just the two of us.
But with family and relatives still present, we couldn't just slip away unnoticed. So i said "Dev, hum aase nahi ja sakte sab kya socha ga" He thought for a moment, then smiled slightly. "Tum ek kaam karo, car se mera dusra coat le aao... main yahin wait kar raha hoon," he suggested, his eyes twinkling with mischief.
But he is already wearing a coat. so I said "Dev aapnai penha to hua hai, to dusre ki kya jarurat."
"Are mujhe ismai garmi lag rahi hai, islia" he said.
I hesitated, not wanting to leave his side, but eventually, I nodded. As I made my way to the parking lot, the evening air was cool, and the sound of distant music from the function hall faded as I walked further away. I reached the car, only to realise I'd forgotten the key. Frustrated, I turned back towards the venue, but before I could take another step, I felt a familiar presence behind me.
"Tumhe akela kaise chhodta?" Devyansh's deep voice sent a shiver down my spine. I turned to find him standing there, his gaze burning with an intensity that made my heart skip a beat. "I just couldn't let you go alone, Ananya," he whispered, taking a step closer until there was barely any space between us.
His hand gently cupped my cheek, his thumb brushing over my skin as he looked into my eyes. "Aapko pata hai... jabse apko iss lehenga mein dekha hai, tabse aapsai nazar hi nahi hat rahi hai," he said, his voice filled with so much emotion that it made my heart swell.
He leaned in, his lips hovering just above mine, his breath warm against my skin. "Chalo, ghar chalein?" he murmured, his tone soft and full of meaning. I shook my head, my voice caught in my throat as I felt the anticipation building inside me.
Before I could say anything else, he pulled me towards the car, his expression serious but with that unmistakable spark of mischief in his eyes.
"Devyansh, kya kar rahe ho? Hum family ko bina bataye kaise ja sakte hain? Sab kya sochenge?" I protested, my voice tinged with both concern and confusion as he opened the car door for me. But he didn't respond, simply guiding me into the passenger seat and closing the door behind me.
He got in on the driver's side, started the car, and began driving without saying a word. The silence was thick with anticipation, my mind racing as I tried to understand what he was up to. "Devyansh, please, humein aise bina bataye nahi jaana chahiye... sab log kya sochenge?" I continued, my voice slightly pleading as I turned to look at him, hoping to make him see reason.
But he remained silent, his grip tight on the steering wheel as he focused on the road ahead. The tension in the car was palpable, my heart pounding in my chest as I kept trying to reason with him.
"Devyansh, suno toh... we can't just leave like this..." I started, my words stumbling as I tried to make him understand.
And then, suddenly, he swerved the car to the side of the road and parked it abruptly, the suddenness of it making my breath catch in my throat. Before I could process what was happening, he turned to me with an intensity in his eyes that took my breath away. "Ananya... bas karo," he
said, his voice low and commanding, cutting off my next sentence before it could even begin.
I barely had time to react before he leaned in, capturing my lips in a hard, demanding kiss that erased every thought from my mind. His hands cupped my face as he kissed me with a passion that made my head spin, leaving me breathless and completely unable to think about anything else. The world outside the car seemed to vanish, leaving just the two of us, locked in that intense, heated moment.
His kiss was rough, filled with an urgency that made my heart race even faster. I tried to pull back, to protest, but his hold on me was firm, his lips relentless as they moved against mine. Any thought of stopping him, of making him listen to reason, evaporated as his kiss deepened, his tongue parting my lips and claiming my mouth with a possessiveness that left me trembling.
"Tum samajh nahi rahi, Ananya... main tumhe abhi aur yahin chhodna nahi chahta. Jabsai apko iss lehenga main dekha hai mai," he whispered against my lips, his voice husky and filled with a raw edge that sent a shiver down my spine. "Mujhe bas tum chahiye abhi."
His words, combined with the intensity of his kiss, made my mind go blank. I couldn't think, couldn't argue, could only feel the way his lips moved against mine, the way his hands held me so close that there was no space left between us. The heat of the moment consumed me, making it impossible to focus on anything other than the way he was making me feel.
After what felt like an eternity, he finally pulled back, leaving me breathless, my lips tingling from the intensity of his kiss. He looked into my eyes, his expression softening slightly as he saw the effect he had on me. "Ab kuch mat bolo, Ananya... sirf mere saath chalo," he said gently, his voice still low but filled with a tenderness that made my heart flutter.
I nodded, still too dazed to speak, my thoughts completely scrambled by the suddenness of everything. Devyansh gave me a small, reassuring smile before he started the car again, this time driving with a purpose that left no room for hesitation.
As we drove towards home, the silence in the car was different now
-charged with an unspoken understanding, a shared anticipation that made my skin tingle with every passing moment. I knew there was no turning back now, and as we got closer to our destination, the nervousness from earlier was replaced by a different kind of excitement, a deeper connection that made my heart race.
