Ashley and Rhealyn were drawn to the "No" man's smoke.
Rather than a man with a "No" shaped shadow, I believe it is more appropriate to refer to him as a "No" man.
Anyway, in times like this, there are two types of people: those who will save them on their own and those who will retreat to seek help, so where do you think I fit in?

A few minutes later…
"I finally found you!"
"Why are you looking for me de gozaru?"
"I found the man!"
" Really? Take me there. I'll follow your lead de gozaru."
"Okay"
I immediately run back to where I found the man.
When we arrived here, I saw a few sparks coming from the inside of the smoke.
It seems that they are still fighting.
Although it is disappointing that I did not save them like a hero, I am fat and weak.
If I fight with them, I will be a huge burden to them and may cause them to be injured or killed.
"Stay here, human. Once I am finished, I will give you your reward de gozaru."
The dog did not wait for my response and jumped into the smoke.

(Ashley's PoV)
I could not cast any spells anymore.
My mana is depleted.
To replenish it, I need to rest, but how can I rest when an attack will strike without warning?
Rhealyn is looking at my back, while I am looking at hers.
This is the only reason we are still alive.
We decided to set aside our pride in order to survive.
A shadow hand appears behind Rhealyn.
As expected, she was unable to feel the attack, but thankfully, I blocked it.
Rhealyn moved behind me and blocked an attack from the man's other hand.
This bitch is extremely skilled, and I could not lie about it, but I would not tell her.

I blocked the man's attack.
This bitch is such a pain!
Despite the fact that she saved me from an attack, I remain convinced that she is a bitch.
However, I am at least grateful, so I will reduce my attempt to kill her later.
Anyway, I need to focus on the battle because my hands are weakening.
Blocking heavy attacks is not my specialty.
I would rather attack than be on the defensive.
Ashley may not realize it, but our situation appears to be the same.
We are both too weak to continue blocking heavy attacks; we must end this immediately.
I know I have repeatedly stated that we need to end the battle, but we cannot do so.
If I had my powers in their prime, I could easily defeat this man, but now is not the time to think about something unhelpful in this battle.

The girls continue to block until they finally fall together.
Both of them fall unconscious because they lack the energy to continue.
The "No" man was about to touch them when a wind slash stopped him.
"We have finally met de gozaru."
"…"
The "No" man did nothing, and there were a few seconds of silence.
There are no eyes on the "No" man, but you can sense his helplessness.
The "No" man's hands multiply like tentacles and attack the dog.
The dog dodged while slashing at the few attacks he could not avoid.
After a few exchanges, his paws make contact with the floor.
The dog, who had only one sword in its mouth, appeared with another wrapped around his tails.
The dog has two swords now.
Another fight ensued, but the dog emerged unscathed.
The same goes for the "No" man, but unlike the two girls' swords, the dog's sword causes him too much damage.
Another clash occurred, and finally, the "No" man was defeated.
The "No" man, who appeared to be humanoid at first, has shrunk to the size of a regular bucket.
"I wish you well in your next life de gozaru."
The dog prayed before launching his final attack into the "No" man's core.
A tear forms in the dog's eye as he continues to pray.
