The clan leader said to the academy elder:
"I'll leave the rest to you."
The academy elder respectfully replied:
"Understood, clan leader."
He then turned his gaze to the children who had become "Akara Masters" and said:
"Alright, kids. I believe you know what to do next. Go back to your homes and rest for today. Tomorrow, come to the academy, and we'll start the Akara Masters lessons."
The children responded in unison:
"Understood!"
Each of them then returned home.
Elias made his way back to his house, relying on the memories tied to this body to avoid getting lost. Once he arrived, he securely shut the door and ensured no one was watching him. He sat on the bed, trying to organize his thoughts and make sense of what was happening.
"Let's start from the beginning…"
Elias thought to himself, attempting to process the events:
"I am Elias Noor, a physicist with a PhD in chemistry and molecular biology. I'm 63 years old… But wasn't I in my lab just moments ago? How did I end up here?"
Suddenly, he remembered:
"Right… The quantum capsule! I was trying to use it to transmit my memories as information through the quantum field's faster-than-light data transfer properties."
He paused, recalling the last thing he remembered.
"The last thing I recall is… Yes! The capsule exploded. Did the experiment succeed?! But I was aiming to go back in time, not to a different dimension or world. Damn it! What a mess!"
He sighed, trying to calm himself down, and then said:
"Alright, let's examine this body's memories."
Carefully, he sifted through the memories:
"What's his name? Ah, Elias Noor? Is he another version of me in a parallel world?!"
Reflecting on his new appearance from the body's memories, he exclaimed in astonishment:
"He even looks like me, but at the age of fifteen!"
Elias sighed and said:
"Alright, let's see my current situation. I'm Elias Noor, fifteen years old, an orphan from Xia Village. This body's parents died fighting monsters. The boy dreamed of becoming an Akara Master to inherit his parents' legacy."
He smiled faintly and said:
"An inheritance? That's good. At least I won't start my life here in poverty."
After a moment of silence, he added with a sarcastic smile:
"Let's look on the bright side. My experiment failed, and I should've died, but instead, I got a young body. Haha… Goodbye back pain, knee aches, and weak eyesight!"
He laughed heartily for a moment and then said:
"Also, I successfully passed the ceremony and became what they call an Akara Master. Although I'm not entirely sure what that means yet, it seems to be something amazing and powerful, according to this body's memories. Maybe in this world, I can achieve what I failed to in my previous life."
However, his expression soon turned sorrowful as he remembered the reason that drove him to undertake such a dangerous experiment. His face showed clear distress and pain as he stared into the darkness beyond the window.
He sighed and said to himself:
"Let's sleep for now. I need to go to the academy tomorrow.
"
Then he closed his eyes, ready to face a new day.
