•A girl beginning a relationship by the statement, "We can be just friends for now" (Hiding her personal favourite)
•Parents saying, "Come here I won't beat you"
•Teachers saying (sometimes), "You can't do / achieve anything in your life"

Have you noticed a major thing in the above statements?!!
I didn't mentioned any statement connected or addressing our enemies or dislikers!! All the above mentioned are our well wishers (except girls in most cases). Believe it or not, these statements when heard in real life seem just like a mini packet of usual words. But at the worse times, when these statements hit back as punchlines in a flashback.
The key word that emerges from nowhere but echoes everywhere is BETRAYAL!!
