Whenever Ellie opens the window, she can see William waiting downstairs.
Just like every time before, he won't leave until he's sure Ellie is back.
...
In the private room.
The group has gone wild.
Daniel and Mason have also been made to drink several cups of alcohol.
Daniel lost the game again.
"Drink, drink, drink," Waltons, his face flushed from drinking, pointed to the glass in front of him and said.
Kissingers also said, "Drink, drink, drink."
Daniel's head was already a bit dizzy. He picked up his glass, just about to drink, when Mason took the drink from his hand. He said to those people, "He's not good at drinking. I'll drink it for him."
It's unclear whether it was just bad luck or what, but Daniel kept losing, and Mason kept drinking for him.
Daniel watched as Mason picked up the glass in front of him and tried to grab his hand, saying, "You've already had a lot. I'll drink it, I'll drink it."
Mason grabbed his hand and held it firmly, saying, "I'm not drunk yet. I'll drink it."
Daniel watched him drink another glass, feeling a bit restless, but Mason held him too tightly for him to break free. He leaned partially on Mason, then moved closer and said, "Mason, how can you drink so much? I'm already a bit dizzy."
The hot breath tickled Mason's ear, causing a strong itch. Mason looked at him, his face flushed from drinking, and pinched the back of his neck, saying, "It's okay."
Daniel sat to one side, feeling a bit dizzy, as if the world was spinning. He waved his hand at those people and said, "I'm dizzy, I can't drink anymore, I can't drink anymore."
After he finished speaking, he leaned on Mason's shoulder and watched them play.
Mason shook the black cup in front of him and took a look.
Daniel was about to call out the numbers.
Mason covered his mouth and said, "Eight fives."
After a round of calling, Waltons wanted to open Mason's cup.
Mason opened his cup to reveal four fives.
The people next to him opened their cups together, totaling twelve fives.
Waltons picked up the cup in front of him and said, "I'll drink."
Daniel watched Mason shake the dice and call out the numbers.
He hardly ever lost, and several people next to him had already been made to drink until they vomited.
When William pushed the door open, several people inside were already drunk.
Only Mason, Waltons, and Kissingers were still playing.
Kissingers lost again. After finishing the drink in front of him, he said, "Can't drink anymore, can't drink anymore."
Waltons was a bit dizzy, shook his head, and when he recognized the person at the door, he said, "Master William is here."
Daniel looked at William, grinned a somewhat silly smile, and then fell back onto Mason.
William sat down next to Daniel.
Daniel covered his mouth and grinned at William, "William, I can see two of you, two..."
William asked Mason, "How did he drink so much?"
The three of them would occasionally drink some beer when they went out in the summer. Daniel was a lightweight; he would get drunk after just a few more cups.
Mason said, "When you didn't come, we were playing games, and he kept losing."
"No wonder."
Daniel kept grinning at William, laughing "hehehe" non-stop.
Mason glanced at him and said, "Stop laughing, take a nap."
"I'm not," Daniel said, then fell back onto Mason.
Mason saw his head was about to tilt and supported his head, pressing it onto his own shoulder.
William said, "I'll play too."
William and Mason played with the remaining people until they were all drunk.
William stood up and said, "Let's break up, let's go." After he finished speaking, he called the waiter and said, "Wake them all up later."
"Yes, sir."
William paid the bill with the card Philip gave him and left with his things.
Mason helped Daniel out of the private room.
As soon as they got downstairs, Daniel dry heaved a few times.
Mason quickly helped him to the side of the trash can, and Daniel vomited next to the trash can for a long time.
William asked, "How much did he drink?"
Mason thought for a moment and said, "Six or seven cups, I drank the rest for him."
William looked at Mason, whose face wasn't red and who wasn't dizzy at all, and said, "You watch him first, I'll go buy some hangover soup."
"Okay." Mason had just finished speaking when he saw Daniel squatting by the roadside.
He helped Daniel up and said, "Can you stand firm?"
"I'm not drunk."
Mason looked at his flushed face and dizzy appearance and said, "I don't believe you."
William quickly bought the hangover soup, and the two watched Daniel drink a few sips.
William said, "It's impossible to take him home."
Mason said, "It's not very convenient at William's place, I'll take him home."
William looked at Daniel, who was almost hanging on Mason, and said, "Alright, I'll call a car."
"No need, William, I can call it."
"Already called."
William watched the two get in the car. Daniel rolled down the window and grinned at William, saying, "Bye, William."
"Bye."
William watched the two leave before he opened his phone and called a car for himself.
Daniel directly fell asleep in Mason's arms in the car.
When it was time to get out of the car, Mason patted his face and said, "Wake up, it's time to get out."
He helped Daniel out of the car and said, "Can you walk?"
Daniel was no longer walking in a straight line. For some reason, he suddenly stopped in front of a utility pole, then looked at it affectionately for a while and started talking.
Mason said, "You're drunk."
"I'm not drunk."
Mason took out his phone and recorded a video, planning to show him what he was like today tomorrow.
Daniel hugged the utility pole and kept talking, calling it brother.
Mason walked up to him and said, "Can we go now? Have you finished talking with your utility pole brother? Can we go now?"
Daniel said, "I'll finish in a few more sentences."
Mason stood by and watched him.
Daniel patted the utility pole and said, "I'm leaving, brother."
Mason said, "Do you want to pee on it to mark it so you can't find your brother tomorrow?"
After he finished speaking, he saw Daniel staring blankly at the utility pole. He was afraid that Daniel, being drunk, might really do anything, so he said, "I'm just teasing you, let's go."
Daniel squatted on the ground again and said to Mason, "I can't walk anymore, my head is dizzy."
Mason squatted in front of him and said, "Get on, I'll carry you back."
Daniel said, "I don't want to, I'm not a little girl, why should you carry me back, I don't want to."
"Carry you or hold you back, choose one, you can't even walk in a straight line now."
Daniel lay on his back and then hugged his neck tightly.
