For the monsters and the other beast tamers, they did not break through through levels like Samuel did. For Samuel, as long as he accumulated any form of energy within his body, the golden light would help him in the refinement.
This was something that Samuel had already realized, considering that it did not matter if the energy was harmful to the body or not. The moment that the harmful energy entered into the body, it would be converted into harmless energy by the golden light within his body.
Then after that, all that would be left for Samuel would be to use that energy to refine his physique, or to improve his own level.
But for ordinary monsters and beast tamers, for them to be able to progress, it would be something that needed time. And more than time, they needed resources. That was to ensure that their development would be enhanced.
