Samuel got inside one of the capsules. There was no any other requirement for him to be able to enter into the capsule, other than just opening the door of the capsule, and stepping inside.
Before entering into the capsule, it would be standing vertically on the ground. And after he gets inside, it would be lowered onto the ground, until it lay horizontally.
After he lay inside the current horizontally laid capsule, Samuel was suddenly injected by something. Samuel was not sure about when that needle appeared, until it pierced through his left hand's wrist, directly into the vein.
In just a few moments, Samuel felt that he was beginning to lose consciousness. At first, he tried to resist, and the golden light within his body also followed suit, wanting to eliminate the contents that had been poured into his body.
