"The Higher Region is nothing too special, it is just a place where the elites of Earth 19 stay. It has a higher density of mana energy, which makes the mana energy cores found in a person staying in the higher region more potent and powerful than the ones found in the lower region.
The higher region is also where Earth 19's most powerful military force resides. Unfortunately, it is also where Earth 19's most devious criminals and the annihilation level beast resides.
The higher region houses other world species, some even in our military ranks. Lastly the Higher Region has the best special class military academy in the entire Earth 19" Bubba said, with a wide smile.
Tim picked on the last sentence Bubba said, 'Special class?'.
Bubba laughed with Tim's silence, "I know what you are thinking. What do I mean by special class right? Well, we have normal academies, but the special class as the name entails are special.
In the special class military academy, we don't just pick the best, we pick the best of the best. Just because one has a bloodline does not even guarantee that the person will be in the special class.
The special class are all beings with potential to reach the level of the Godly Ruler of Earth 19. Trust me being in the special military academy has its perks. You can -"
"Enough Bubba, you are going to bore the kid to death with your mini lectures" Xavier interrupted.
Tim did not mind the lecture, he knew little about the world he was in, due to Reagu's interference in any important form of education.
"Let's go and pick up Layla, she must have been waiting for days" Xavier said, bringing out another snack to eat.
"Wait, we can't leave yet! I am still tied to my organization. There is a tracker in my body and it can't be removed carelessly.
Xavier, I commend your skills, but I don't think facing the full brunt of my organization. I am an asset to them, so I don't think they will let me go unless I actually die. " Tim informed.
Xavier laughed Tim's worries off and replied "We can handle the full might of your organization, beside-"
"No! No, you can't." Tim interrupted.
"You might be strong, but you can't handle Reagu. He is really dangerous, there is no way I can be at rest knowing Reagu might come and find me if I escape.
We need something Like an instant teleportation out of this lower region to be on the safer side. "Tim explained his worry.
"You know, it is really rude interrupting your mentor like that. I will let it go this time because of your upbringing" Xavier replied calmly.
'What mentor? I don't remember making you my mentor.' he thought.
"Boy there is no need to be worried, I don't think your boss will want to make enemies with the special class military. If you still doubt our words, we have an instant teleport scroll that will immediately move us to safety in case there is any danger." Bubba explained.
With Bubba's explanation Tim was finally at ease, as without an escape plan, facing Reagu was just more than suicide.
"That is good, if there is a safe escape plan, then you can help me remove the empowered tracker from my body when we retrieve the target." Tim said looking at Bubba with a determined look.
"Target? Listen, Layla is not a target. She is a crucial person to recruit for us. She is our top priority in this our trip to this area of the lower region, our top choice" Bubba explained.
"Understood" he said.
"I have made up my mind. We are not removing the tracker from you" Xavier said.
"What!" both Tim and Bubba replied, truly shocked.
"Listen, you are moving to the higher region of Earth 19. If they really want to find you, they should come to the higher region to find you. You would be safe. It will even serve as an extra source of motivation for you.
Nothing beats an assassination organization hunting for you as the reason for you wanting to grow stronger.
If you still want to remove the tracker, you can remove it, but the empowered tracker I saw within you contains the mana signature of a Sage level awakened.
You might as well forget about removing the tracker on you till you reach the Sage level." Xavier said, bursting the thought bubble of Tim removing the tracker by himself.
Bubba agreed with Xavier on it being a source of motivation for Tim.
Tim was shocked with what he heard. Why was Xavier reminding him of the council members of the Black Sparrows. 'This freak, does he want me to live in constant fear of death? A sage level tracker, it must have been Reagu that planted it on me.
A freaking Sage level, there is no way I come out alive if we ever battle. Shit I can't even escape from him. "He cursed and panicked in his mind.
As Tim's plight was sensed, Bubba decided to give him some encouraging word "Listen Boy, you can't lose hope. You won't die if you are with us. Even if that Reagu was to show up now, we can very much handle it."
Tim fully doubted what he said. 'Anyways, I can always deny escaping and just say I was abducted by them. It should probably save me from certain death based on the organization's obsession with me.' he concluded in his mind.
"Kid, its time to move" Xavier said, as he immediately appeared behind Tim and knocked him out. He placed Tim on shoulder and looked at Bubba, who was looking at him judgingly.
"I know what you are about to say. Was that necessary? Well yes it was, the boy is just going to keep talking and talking. I understand that he is starved of information, but we have to report back at the camp, the ceremony has been moved to tomorrow." Xavier said as he started sprinting towards Dunim City at a burst speed.
Bubba followed.

In a room filled with scrolls was Reagu. He was reading the contents of a scroll that seemed to be updating itself. The scroll was updating in real time all the events that took place around Tim.
" Puny military men. So, the famous Xavier is in the lower region, and they have taken an interest in my precious Tool. Should I intercept them and get him back? No that will be a foolish idea.
I would just waste most of my energy battling that pest, and he will likely call backup. I won't take a careless chance this time.
I will just have to leave Tim in your hands temporarily. I will come collect my tool when the time is right." He said to himself, as he picked up the scroll containing Tim's battle with the Saber Liger and re-read it.

2 figures appeared in front of a hand dug cave. the first figure had a golden haired teen that was out cold on his shoulder while the other one was breathing heavily.
"Were you not going a little too fast for me. You know that I can not achieve the speeds that you can reach. did you do intentionally as a way of punishing me for not letting you do as you wished? "Bubba asked while trying to stabilise his breathing.
They ran almost 1000 km in under an hour. Speed was never Bubba's fort, but he added it to his skillset thanks to Xavier.
"Why would you accuse me of such? I could have gone faster if I wanted, but I am such a good person, I just ran at your max speed." Xavier replied.
"Bastard." Bubba cursed out.
Bubba stepped forward to the cave entrance and did a complicated hand seal, then he slammed his hand in front of the cave entrance.
Nothing happened immediately, but after a couple of seconds a symbol formulated under the feet's of the both of them and they disappeared from the entrance.
They appeared at a deep underground cave 4 km away from their previous location and started walking deep into the cave.
"You are definitely one of the most cautious man I have seen in a really long time. You could have just set up a defensive formation at the entrance of this cave instead you created unnecessary misdirection's." Xavier commented.
"Why would I not be cautious, we are talking about someone that has a very high chance of reaching the Godly Ruler's level of power.
It was even foreseen that she would rival him. Talents like that are supposed to be protected with utmost importance. Not the talents that are picked up on the road like boy golden over here" Bubba replied looking at Tim that looked like a large sized doll on Xaviers body.
A soft feminine voice suddenly interrupted the both of them "It has been five days, five days of boredom"
