The wolves charged at Tim, aiming to tear into him limb by limb. Tim did a side roll dodging the charge from the wolves. He needed to end this battle fast. He braced himself and charged at the wolves who lost their balance briefly from the previous charge.
Closing In on the wolves, he swung his blade towards the tails of the wolves aiming to remove the obvious threat which was their lightening wielding tail. As his blade was close to completing the swing, the tails released purple lightening bolts towards Tim instantaneously. ZING!
The bolts struck Tim at an alarming speed, but before it could reach him, he reinforced his body with mana energy. He had spent hours on the quick utilization of the mana energy reinforcement, and it paid off as Tim reinforced his body with just a single thought.
The bolts stung, but not at the level in which it would incapacitate Tim. The wolves spread out trying to divert his attention. They once again charge at Tim, but unlike the last time their body was fully coated in coated in purple lightening.
CLANG CLANG!
With mana energy reinforcing his body, he collided with the claws of the first wolf and used the momentum from the clash to propel himself towards the other wolf clashing with it and knocking it back.
'This is fun.' he thought, as he dashed towards the wolf that was knocked back, changing the way he held his blade as if it was a spear. As he was about to thrust at the wolf in his front, his instinct flared up.
Except that this time he did not heed to the warnings. PUICHH!
He drove his blade like a spear into the heart of the wolf, the sheer force and impact of the stab finished off the wolf quickly.
When the wolf died, Tim was struck from behind by a huge purple lightening bolt, the threat his instincts warned him about previously. He was blasted like a thrown ragdoll, leaving a trail of destruction along the area he blasted through.
Although his entire body was reinforced with an almost inexhaustible mana energy, he had a slight concussion. The bolt electrocuted and burnt him all the while slamming him across different obstacles.
His cloth was burnt and severely damaged.' Good thing I carry backup clothes.
The lightening element is really a powerful element, it has speed and damage. What element will I awaken? Lightening will be utilized properly in my hands, I can just imagine the amount of damage I would be able to dish 'while being lost in thoughts.
The last wolf decided to take advantage of his distraction and sent another huge bolt of purple lightening towards Tim.
Tim caught sight of the sneak attack earlier and immediately entered a stance, he raised his blade above his head and prepared to cut through it.
Theoretically it was possible to cut a mana energy skill attack, but that was only possible if the weapon used, had a mana energy coating on it or if another skill was used to cut it.
What Tim had now was just his physical capabilities reinforced, the mana energy coating could not be used by Tim.
When the skill was about to hit him, he swung his blade downwards towards the bolt. BOOM!
The clash caused an explosion in the forest. 'Wait what rank is this beast? Its attack almost seem calculated. I have to end this fast. All the noise from the battle must have attracted other beasts that are roaming the forest. It is too risky' Tim concluded.
The wolf waited for the dust to settle, to see if it's difficult prey had finally fallen. When the dust settled, Tim was nowhere to be found.
The wolf quickly scanned its surroundings and spotted Tim dashing at it from its left side. The wolf wanted to fire another lightening bolt, but it was already low on the mana required to use another skill of that caliber.
It jumped back dodging the slash from Tim at the critical moment. It wanted to create more space for it to have breathing space, but Tim gave it none.
Immediately Tim landed , he quickly entered a running stance and accelerated towards the wolf. His speed was too fast for the wolf to follow. Before the wolf could even retaliate it was stabbed in the head by Tim. PUICHH!
'That was a tough battle, what ranks are these monsters, this is going to be harder than I thought.' He concluded. Apart from the description of the beast he was supposed to find. Tim had no way he could identify any monster.
If he had an appraiser with him, he would get to know that the wolves he faced a couple of minutes ago were late stages 3 starred monsters.
'Huhu, did he awaken? Why is the force from his swings multiple times that of the previous report? His speed also, it seems to have increased astronomically' Aks 3 wondered.

The evaporation of corpse was a very crucial thing to Tim. As an assassin leaving evidence was just not a good standard.
After about 5 minutes, he decided to not try again, he picked up his blade and stored It in his personal.
