'I am doomed!' was the only thought that could play in his mind when he saw the 2 Saber Liger's directly in front of the entrance. If he had his cloak he could have used it to sneak out, but a certain revenge target took away the only cloak that could save him in his current predicament.
'Why did they not just kill me? I was not conscious it would have been a painless death. I don't even have my Empowered State. how am I going to survive this battle?' Tim thought has he tried to ease his panic.
Looking at the bright light that was coming from the entrance of the cave he discovered that it was already in the morning. 'Did I pass out for the entire night? So, these beasts had the chance to have a free meal without struggle but they passed it up.' He thought.
'Why should I even panic, I have relied too much on my regeneration. I should be to escape from the battle and run for my life if I get the chance, or I can just kill both of the beasts and get their horns' Tim thought starting to get delusional about his chances.
He brought his blade out of his storage ring and stared at the beasts, this was almost like a mission impossible for him. He suddenly remembered something. The Saber Liger was not known for it's skills, it was known for its great speed.
His hands became wobbly after he remembered that fact, well that crosses out his thought of escaping. This was now a battle where one had to be the killer or the killed.
The 2 beasts suddenly raised their head up and saw their prey looking at them. They made a mocking sound which Tim could not understand, but if he could he will come to know that they were mocking the way his hands were shaking.
The bigger one of the Saber Liger suddenly stood up and went to sit directly in front of the cave entrance , while the second beast stood up and faced Tim directly.
'Is this fun to them, so they brought me here for them to have fun with their prey. Escaping was never an option since the moment I was captured' Tim thought has he began to calm his nerves. Being panicky was not going to help his case in this battle.
The beast charged at Tim aiming to pounce at Tim, but Tim dodged it. Tim was even surprised when he easily dodged the charge. 'Damn, its playing with me. Its no even using its innate speed for me I will make it pay severely' he thought angrily, as his fear was replaced with anger.
He charged at the beast and swung his blade multiple times towards the beast, but the beast dodged them with ease. The beast suddenly roared at a very close range to Tim. The shockwave from the roar blasted Tim towards the wall of the cave.
As Tim was heading towards the wall of the cave, he suddenly did a spin mid flight and repositioned his body with his leg now facing the wall. Instead of crashing into the wall he landed with a little force on the wall as if he was landing on the ground and boosted towards the tiger with the momentum of the shockwave.
He redirected the momentum of the shockwave and used it to boost his speed towards the Saber Liger. He had gotten the enlightenment to perfect the technique when he was previously in his Empowered State. So, he used the momentum generated from the opponents attack against the opponent.
As he reached the front of the Saber Liger who was caught off guard by its prey's technique, he swung his blade with force transferring all the momentum into the swing.
SWOOSH!
The heavy accumulated wave of momentum firstly hit the skull of the beast then the actually blade followed next. SPLITCHH!! BOOM!
The beasts entire body crashed into the other end of the cave. Tim was surprised about the outcome of his technique. He had first conceptualized the technique when he was just 7 years old, he needed a way to redirect or redistribute the blunt force applied to his body.
He had worked hard for 6 years to bring the technique to reality and he perfected it thanks to his Empowered State that boosted his physical and mental capabilities.
The Saber Liger's were extremely fast, speed was innate to them, but the beast was hit because it let its guard down against a prey it wanted to use for sport and due to that it could not defend against the sudden reverse attack conducted by its prey.
Tim walked up to the where the beast crashed and what he saw amazed him. The beast was completely split in half, from its horn down to its tail.
It was a complete dissection of the beast. Tim was not surprised by it. The shockwave generated by the beast was indeed massive, this was indeed to be expected.
A pop sounded from Tim's legs previously when he landed with his legs towards the wall, a lot of bones in his legs broke. If not for his enhanced body and super regeneration he would never have been able to carry out the technique he utilized as an unawakened.
The huge Saber Liger at the entrance suddenly stood up and stared at Tim. Tm knew that he had angered the beast by killing its companion, he knew this time he might not be able to catch the beast off guard unlike the other beast, but he had to just try to do something.

In the forest where the Saber Liger is known to be the peak predator. Two men were inspecting a battle site that had destruction all around it. If team were to be here, he would recognize it as the place where he battled his first 2 purple coated wolves.
They had been wondering the forest for multiple hours looking for clues leading to the boy. "Are you sure that it was the boy that killed these wolves?" Bubba asked.
"Yes, I am pretty sure, unlike us the boy uses a blade to compensate for his unawakened state." Xavier replied while analyzing the wounds on the corpse of the beasts.
"It does not matter a bla--, wait what! Did you just say the boy is unawakened?" Bubba queried.
"Yes, he is. Why else would I take an interest in him" Xavier replied casually
"You can't bring an unawakened person casually. It is not allowed. We were only told to bring the best of the best and we have already found our 4 target days ago. I should have not let you take a stroll outside of Dunim's city, look where your stroll has led us to." Bubba ranted.
Xavier did not reply immediately, he was visualizing the battle that happened based on the damage to the surroundings. 'He is a very skilled close range combatant. Was it the assassin's organization that thought him all his techniques? Just how lovely would it be to have an assassin specialist under my me' Xavier thought excitedly before he replied Bubba.
" It is not allowed? Well who cares about their shitty requirements. I am always thinking long term and this boy has what it takes to be a monstrous being. Just look what he accomplished without the use of a skill or element. Bubba this is potential I am seeing Potential" Xavier said with a grin.
"His potential can't surpass that of girl we were instructed to bring. She is predicted to have a strength that can rival the greatest. You know who" Bubba reminded him.
Xavier grin suddenly turned to a frown when he heard what Bubba said. The greatest, the greatest was known as AL'ZU. AL'ZU did not reside in the higher region of Earth 19, he resided in the peak region of the planet where only the top 1% of beings in the entire planet as a whole could reside in.
It was even forbidden to speak of his name, as he had a passive skill that could mark any being lower in power than him that uttered his name, and when one was marked by him, the marked person gradually begins to lose his life force and skills. They all get absorbed by AL'ZU!
Xavier suddenly now serious, instructed "Let's go and pick up the boy, he might die soon. I know precisely where he is with my skill. He comes with me whether he likes it or not".
"You bastard, so you knew his location and yet you made us explore this forest for multiple hours straight" Bubba cursed out, as he followed Xavier who was suddenly sprinting towards Tim's location.

Tim was battered already from the attacks of the Saber Liger. It had just been 10 minutes but he was seriously overwhelmed by the beast's onslaught.
The beast's white skin suddenly became red, then it disappeared from Tim's eyes. The next thing Tim saw was pitch darkness then he lost his consciousness.
