A slight explicit scene ahead. . .
✓ Kiergan
A disturbing silence followed the sudden outbursts, and everyone refused to speak. The silence irked me, so I cleared my throat, breaking it. "I'm glad we've all agreed on being a Pack, but becoming one is not going to be a easy-peasy, lemon squeezy—"
"Be serious, dude! Or keep shut if you have nothing reasonable to say!" Orion interrupted.
"What held your tongue from speaking?!" I sneered, and turned to the others. "Becoming a Pack isn't going to be an easy task. We need to always work together and become one." I held out my two hands on both sides, hoping they would take them as a form of support. "Who's in?"
Thane grabbed my hands immediately, and quipped. "Although, you are such a mess, but I'm in."
My eyes moved and stayed on the couple, but it seemed as though there was a battle of surrender going on with one, and that of stubborness with another. Joanne was staring into Orion's eyes, while whispering things to him, but he continued to shake his head, until I could no longer take it anymore.
"Will you guys just make up your minds already?! Joanne?"
"Do you want to die?! Stop mentioning her name!"
"Joanne? Are you in or not?"
Orion's aura changed at a 360 degree, but he held himself back, since he knew he was no match to my strength now. Once bitten, twice shy.
Joanna tugged at Orion's shirt, urging him, but finally she left him and held my hand. My heart flustered at the little movement with butterflies starting to run around in my belly.
As soon as Orion saw Joanne's hand grabbing mine, he rushed over and yanked it away, taking her position and pushing her away to his other side, so she would be holding him instead.
"It's ridiculous, but let's do it." He mumbled grumpily.
"Can you speak a little louder, Orion?! We can't hear you!" I shouted, a cheeky smirk playing on my face.
"I'm in, dude! Piss off!"
As soon as he held my hand, our countenances changed, with all of our eyes glowing brighter, lighting a fire, burning in the dark surface of our irises. I could feel the connection forming, as we all began to do the same thing. Every one of our actions were so much alike that I got a burst of joy inside of me— like this was what I've always wanted.

"Where do we begin with finding the girl?" Thane began, while staring straight at the school field, watching the football team play.
"Which girl?" Joanna asked, fiddling with her nails, and tapping her foot, something she does when she's anxious. No one could ever know what's going on in her head.
"The girl with the black blood, of course!"
"C'mon, Thane!" I chuckled. "Why do you think it's a girl?!"
It's not as though I hadn't thought about it. We had no idea whom we are supposed to look for, but we need to. Somewhat, I could perceive a strange smell of deceit, which I would not like to entertain. Who could it be anyways?
"Just a guess. Girls are the most sacred species. Different to the core." He glanced at Joanna. "I'm sure, It would be a girl, but only otherwise, if this ridiculous story of ours is dedicated to a male lead."
"You're so cr*zy, Thane!" I shook my head, and smiled. "Where's Orion, by the way?"
"He doesn't want to hang out with the uncool kids." Joanna said, quoting the words with her fingers. Her voice was tingled with a hint of pain, and hurt.
My wolf leaped, and although I was aware that I wasn't supposed to feel excited, but I was. Maybe, I'd get a chance with her this time around. Perhaps, she's going to break up with Orion and come back to me. Although, this were all I thought, but I knew it was a lost cause.
"It's fine." I managed to say, "He'll come around. He can't make do without us, anyways. We are now a woven Pack, and none of us can escape being together—"
Suddenly, Joanna rose while I was still speaking and came to stand before me, staring into my eyes with a seductive look that made my heart skip beats. I was surprised. What was she thinking?
"Oh, Kiergan. Who needs Orion?" She bit her bottom lip, and bent over, revealing her chest as she began to climb me. "All I need is you."
Afterwards, she pushed my chest with a finger, and my limp back hit the ground, my whole body tensed, while a mischievous smirk played on her face. "I've always loved you, Kiergan. Orion is just a noodle who thinks I'm in love with him."
"Wh... What... What do you mean?" I stuttered, finding it hard to swallow, and to form a reasonable sentence.
"Shush! Don't speak." She placed a finger on my lips and continued leaning forward. She yanked open my shirt, and started trailing her fingers around my chest, making wild drawings.
Then, she grabbed my nape, and brought my face closer to hers.
"Joanna." I moaned, her calculated touches on my skin was sending chills throughout my body, while adrenaline gushed through me. Why was she doing this to me?
I closed my eyes as her lips came closer to mine, ready to feel the softness of the rosy lips I've always dreamed of having a feel. But, as soon as her lips were onto mine, a hand tapped me, and I jolted— out of my illusion, and into the real world.
"What are you doing?!" Thane questioned, his face etching a confused look.
"Excuse me—" I blinked twice, realizing that all the things that had just happened were my own imagination.
However, they were played, but unfortunately, Joanna wasn't a part of it.
Slowly turning my head, I peeped a look at Joanna, feeling pretty ashamed of myself. She was still sitting where she was, and was giving me a really weird stare.
"I'm so ru*ned!"
