This book is a work of fiction. It is not meant to promote Antisemitic or Nazi Ideologies. It is not directed against any current government. 

I have purposely decided to base my story on a KZ that never existed because I do not want to (potentially) alter people's views on certain people who lived, make them participate in things they never did, or have them involved in discussions they never took part in. I have loosely based the KZ on the KZ Natzweiler-Struthof, which I had the opportunity to visit in person. 

Most characters in this book are fictional. I will mark everyone with a * who existed and will make a short comment about who they were.

I do not promise that this book is historically accurate, and encourage readers to further research this important and depressing subject of history themselves.
