Ethan stormed out of his father's study, his fists were clenched very tightly. His mind was in a lot of chaotic mess, torn between unbelief and anger at the same time.
His father's cold attitude to the revelation of Ava's lineage only increased Ethan's anger the more. The more he thought about it, the more he really wanted to do something.
"This is not over," Ethan muttered under his breath, his wolf was pacing restlessly inside him.
As he reached the end of the corridor, Victoria appeared, her expression was calm in a deceptive way but her sharp eyes were betraying her curiosity already.
"Ethan," she called, her voice was soft and much more deliberate.
"What do you want, Victoria? I'm not in the mood for all your games at all." He said, looking over his shoulder.
"Games? You can't be serious, dear brother. I'm only here to help." Victoria moved her head, her lips were already forming into a quiet smile.
